What do you like best about Nylas?

Setup was simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nylas?

Nylas doesn't work at all for me; it feels like an expensive middleman. My account got deleted, and I couldn't access my organization's portal anymore despite paying for it. When I had issues, I couldn't talk to a real person; support directed me to an AI, which was really frustrating. Also, my API key started getting 401 requests one day, further complicating things. It's nice that they help handle some of the calendar/inbox complexity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nylas?

Still a lot you need to handle in your own database, that makes it not really worth the hassle of setting up and not owning it, especially now with coding agents that can more easily handle 0auth complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
