We implemented S4 with embedded EWM in 2020 and encountered several issues on the RFUI side. We considered multiple solutions and chose Neptune as the front end for EWM. This was a tremendous change shift and changed the shopfloor dynamics. The adoption and usability had improved, and Neptune provided user-friendly screens, color coding and easy navigation for all the EWM functions that can be performed on RFUI or on S4.
