**What do you like best about NuVoxx Cloud Contact Centre?**

The interface is straightforward to use, and it is very intuitive
Many options and features such as making calls and then merging the calls for customers can speak in conference.
You can track the number of calls received which allows you to keep track of call metrics.

**What do you dislike about NuVoxx Cloud Contact Centre?**

so far i have found all  the features to be very good and easy to use and have nothing to dislike about this app.

It is a very easy-to-use software, and you will not be disappointed.

Better customer service 
i have realized overall improvement in customer satisfaction

not really a negative point, the challenges are based on continuous improvement

As a supervisor I liked being able to pull report to verify time cards or look into productivity by checking agent states.

**What do you dislike about NuVoxx Cloud Contact Centre?**

Nuvoxx wasn't keeping up with other programs on the up and coming  state of the art tools .

**Recommendations to others considering NuVoxx Cloud Contact Centre:**

It will do the job, but my work did end up switching programs.

**What problems is NuVoxx Cloud Contact Centre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to see if those on my team taking contacts were effectively efficient.

Nuvoxx Cloud Center Contact is very user friendly, it is a basic system but works very well. I work remotely and this has made my day to day job easier to communicate with clients.

Nuvoxx Cloud Center Contact is easy to use. Highly recommended. There is nothing I dislike.

I recommend Nuvoxx to anyone working Remotely looking for a easy system to use to contact customers and clients.

Nuvoxx makes working remotely a breeze, it is easy to navigate and contact clients.
