A very versatile application that allows you to communicate with your customers

The interface is straightforward to use, and it is very intuitive Many options and features such as making calls and then merging the calls for customers can speak in conference. You can track the number of calls received which allows you to keep track of call metrics.

Fairly easy to use contact center

As a supervisor I liked being able to pull report to verify time cards or look into productivity by checking agent states.
