We can add/edit, swap and pick extra shifts all from the app. We can also talk to other colleagues ! **What do you dislike about NurseGrid Manager?** I think the messaging part could use a little more work **What problems is NurseGrid Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Schedule conflicts. Each person is now held accountable for the schedule and there’s no not knowing when you work. I've realized that this is THE best way to communicate with managers and other coworkers about shifts, time off etc. ### 2. It can be difficult at times to understand all it can do.
