**What do you like best about Nugget?**

Nugget is a simple dashboard that has helped my daily tickets handling faster. Few things I like most:
- I use it daily and it auto resolves common tickets, so I only get the ones that really need attention
- I like the interface as I can access all the info related to order, MX, CX & DP at one screen
- Productivity feature is supercool as I can check my daily productivity in a single click

**What do you dislike about Nugget?**

Well I have not came across any dislike but what they can do is:

- More advanced AI Integrate can be used for automating tasks & response suggestions
- we need to double tap to switch between tickets which takes time

**What problems is Nugget solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using nugget I had to handle all tickets manually, also I need to switch between multiple screens to access the information and I used to share resolution from a separate document. But now I can access all information in a single screen and all the response and resolution are there in nugget and also responses are sent automatically.

**What do you like best about Nugget?**

What I like most about Nugget is how it centralises all my team’s tickets and conversations in one clean, easy‑to‑navigate view. The UI feels thoughtfully designed, so even new teammates can get comfortable quickly without a long onboarding. Nugget connects well with our existing tools, which means we are not constantly switching tabs or manually copying data. In day‑to‑day use it’s fast and stable, even when we are handling a high volume of customer conversations.

**What do you dislike about Nugget?**

One thing I dislike about Nugget is how hard it can be to quickly escalate to a human agent when a case is nuanced or urgent. The bot sometimes loops through similar responses instead of recognising that it’s stuck and handing the conversation over, which makes resolution slower than it needs to be.

**What problems is Nugget solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nugget is helping us solve the challenge of managing a large volume of customer conversations across multiple channels without losing context. Earlier, our data was scattered between tools, and it was hard to see a customer’s full history or share insights with other teams. Now, because Nugget integrates with our existing systems, we can pull everything into one place and keep workflows connected instead of manually stitching information together. It also performs reliably during peak hours, so even when volumes spike, our agents can respond quickly and maintain a consistent experience for customers.

The UI is simple, and it’s easy to understand and use. It also offers a lot of features, which makes it even more useful overall.

The UI is good for CX support, but it doesn’t feel very relevant or well-suited as a social listening tool.
