**What do you like best about Ntiva?**

Offer great options for utilizing their services and have a wonderful team behind them! They are quick to respond and actually try to fix the problem from every avenue.

**What do you dislike about Ntiva?**

Just that I wish we had someone onsite 24/7 but their services are wonderful.

**Recommendations to others considering Ntiva:**

If you want to move to a company that cares, takes the extra time to get to know you and how best to manage your cases... go with Ntiva. It is the right move to make.

**What problems is Ntiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All IT related problems as they are our Third Party IT company! They are quick to respond and have wonderful personnel on their team to help us achieve all of our needs are met.
