I liked the NOVACRM interface, first of all, it is easy to get to the features that are mostly used. You can see AVON AI at the top and I use it very often since its launch. I primarily use NOVACRM for lead management because it's time-saving for me. Features I like most - - AVON AI - For AI Calling and Flyer designs - Email Marketing - lead management, easy integration with Mailchimp - People page - I can track all the communication with a specific contact or lead - Batch texts - I can send mini texts to multiple leads simultaneously. All customer-related operations can be completed in one place. For example, when the marketing team conducts marketing activities, they can directly access customer data, and the generated leads can seamlessly flow into the sales module. The communication records of the sales team can also be synchronized to the customer service section, facilitating targeted support later on, making the entire process smooth and efficient. However, new users may feel overwhelmed when first encountering it. For example, setting rules in the marketing automation section and customizing sales processes require a certain amount of time to understand and master. Complex conditional logic: Setting marketing automation rules involves complex combinations of conditional logic, such as triggering different marketing actions based on multi-dimensional information like customer behavior and attributes. For beginners, understanding and accurately configuring these nested conditional logics is extremely challenging, often requiring repeated attempts and multiple training sessions to master. Lack of visual guidance: During the rule-setting process, the system lacks intuitive visual guidance.
