You can see AVON AI at the top and I use it very often since its launch. I primarily use NOVACRM for lead management because it's time-saving for me. Features I like most - - AVON AI - For AI Calling and Flyer designs - Email Marketing - lead management, easy integration with Mailchimp - People page - I can track all the communication with a specific contact or lead - Batch texts - I can send mini texts to multiple leads simultaneously. **What do you dislike about NOVACRM?** Some features are still pending and I'm waiting for them. However, my work is going smoothly with this software as of now. **What problems is NOVACRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like I said, it is very helpful tool for lead management. They have marketplace as well so I can purchase any additional services like website design, logo, or their social media marketing package. So these things are really benefitting my business. ### 2. Complex conditional logic: Setting marketing automation rules involves complex combinations of conditional logic, such as triggering different marketing actions based on multi-dimensional information like customer behavior and attributes. For beginners, understanding and accurately configuring these nested conditional logics is extremely challenging, often requiring repeated attempts and multiple training sessions to master.
