NOVACRM Reviews & Product Details

I liked the NOVACRM interface, first of all, it is easy to get to the features that are mostly used. You can see AVON AI at the top and I use it very often since its launch. I primarily use NOVACRM for lead management because it's time-saving for me. Features I like most -

- AVON AI - For AI Calling and Flyer designs

- Email Marketing - lead management, easy integration with Mailchimp

- People page - I can track all the communication with a specific contact or lead

- Batch texts - I can send mini texts to multiple leads simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features are still pending and I'm waiting for them. However, my work is going smoothly with this software as of now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
