Nouvelle Époque Reviews & Product Details

Nouvelle Époque is municipal software for French town halls (mairies). The town's website, residents' online requests and the staff's daily work run in one tool, hosted in France, with a separate database for each municipality. A resident files a request once, on the website or in the mobile app, and it reaches the right department without re-entry. The software covers the civil registry (état civil), passport and ID card appointments published to the national ANTS booking system, planning permits connected to PLAT'AU, cemetery management, school canteen and after-school registration, community room bookings, and city council publications. Residents sign in with FranceConnect, staff with ProConnect. Each screen is built with the municipality's own staff. Development is included; the municipality pays an annual maintenance fee based on its population.
