It's not until after being charged that you find, buried in the Q&A, that they calculate the trial down to the hour. This lack of transparency appears designed to trap customers into unwanted charges. Such practices could violate both the EU's Unfair Contract Terms Directive and Hong Kong's Trade Descriptions Ordinance, which require clear, fair, and transparent terms.
