**What do you like best about NMATRIX?**

Implementation was speedy and smooth, and the product is very user friendly. Our end users started using the product after half-day training.

**What do you dislike about NMATRIX?**

Some difficulty due to the language barrier. Most users we have to prefer Chinese language, but NMATRIX teams do not have any trainer who speaks chinese.

**Recommendations to others considering NMATRIX:**

The NMATRIX team is very skilled and helpful. I recommend using them as a partner on your automation journey.

**What problems is NMATRIX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to the fast adoption of Ecommerce, we would like to extend our business on marketplaces with our current ERP system. NMatrix team help us to implement the connector that allows our business during the peak covid period when the customer cannot come to physical stores.

It's trying to reduce manual work/intervention through automated solutions or connectors to ensure better productivity and data accuracy.
