**What do you like best about NiteVision?**

It's a great tool that can help towards tracking hotel management software, can be customized to meet our requirements and is very user friendly in learning and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about NiteVision?**

Power failures could result in loss of information where user has to enter the information again. It could be automated a little with having a saved version where information can be stored.

**What problems is NiteVision solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a good way of tracking guest information , earlier visits and keeps track of their journey with HMS. You don't have to store data on registers or hard copies

**What do you like best about NiteVision?**

Cloud-based for real-time processing. Parts of the interface are easy to use and provide some information relevant to the guest.

**What do you dislike about NiteVision?**

User interface could be more intuitive and some processes have been more complex as opposed to previous versions.

**What problems is NiteVision solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is one of the best tool for tracking the all operations that really helps to reduce time and efforts.

**What do you like best about NiteVision?**

This program will always be functional. In two years of use, i have not experienced any downtime, which I will say is a bit of a surprise considering how old the software appears to the eye. I was very sad to see La Quinta abandon the software.

**What do you dislike about NiteVision?**

I wish the interface was prettier! It is a lot of yellows and grays that make the program look very outdated. The ability to also remotely connect could be improved as we move to a work from home type of world.

**What problems is NiteVision solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not experienced many problems. This program was so so functional and I wish we could go back to it.

It utilizes sorting systems that make it easy to find what you're looking for. 

**What do you dislike about NiteVision?**

It can be difficult to find what you're looking for, due to the large amount of categories.

**What problems is NiteVision solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for completing many tasks related to hotel organization and costumer service. It utilizes a P.O.S system, a guest system, and room system. It allows an employee to quickly and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
