A big part of the content is centred around issues that arise in the workplace. As much as this is a platform I use thanks to that workplace, I think it would be interesting to cover an even wider range of topics. It is a very simple and easy-to-use application with a very low threshold. I was able to easily get a personal appointment for consultation and conversation and within a few days speak personally with someone who was both professionally and emotionally very competent and helped me personally a lot. I like about nilo, that it offers so much content in a simple and easy-understanding way. And I like that additionally to that you get to speak with a personal coach in a 1:1 session. This is incredibly helpful and I love this conecpt! It helps me to break my issues down and to follow easy steps. By being guided by my personal coach it helps me to easily implement what I learned. nilo.health offers a wide range of topics on their platform, from daily changing mediations to self-guided exercises, to round tables and obviously the sessions.

While the topics are always wellbeing related they are still applicable in such a variety, like how to structure my time better, prioritize or also how to become more resilient, etc.

We have been working with Nilo.health for several years and have seen an improvement in our employee health since the beginning (measured by survey ratings and decreasing sick days). Since the start with Nilo.health, they have continuously improved the product and added new functions.
