I would like the calendar configuration to be developed much better since sometimes it does not usually open and when you leave a pending task or an important date, this option does not remind or notify you, which is annoying because it causes losses of pending tasks and those are lost.dates that are usually very important on some occasions, they should also improve the mobile application since when opening it usually takes time or does not usually open and they should structure the mobile service better to use it more frequently. The first and foremost thing which I experienced using nifty was the Kanba view as well as how every single project has different widgets to manage chat, files, milestones & tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Asana as well as ClickUp before using Nifty. One thing which I dislike about Nifty is that the owner can't check every single activity from multiple users in any project. The Task Area inside a project is genius! You can assign a column to a person! The moment you do this, every new task on that column will be assigned to that person. This feature itself won my heart.💘

I can also see all the tasks everywhere and all the dependencies that I am waiting. There’s also a calendar view, and I can connect my Google calendar to it.

Besides all those amazing features, there is one more I never see anywhere.

Nifty docs. You can add your google drive right there, but if you decide to use nifty docs, you go for trouble. It's buggy and I can't understand why.

I love the structure of Nifty.pm. It reminds me very much of ClickUp. It is fast to navigate, easy to communicate, and even has more features than ClickUp and Asana, however it is missing some slight UI fine-tuning that would really give the review a 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are quite a few things that aren't the best with this from a UI standpoint. If the team is reviewing this, they can consider this a "feature request", and if anyone else is viewing this review, it will help them understand what they are getting into.

- Brand colors can be a bit nicer and more aesthetically appealing

- Better search is needed so the search actually searches through comments, descriptions, and any other item related to the task. Currently the search just searches the Task Titles

- Maybe better sorting or folder organizational items

- Ability to add more custom fields (like Teammate). Currently the custom fields are kind of limited.

- Whiteboard, webcalls, or markup features
