
Ngage is very helpful because whenever we receive a new inquiry. When a potential client contacts us through Ngage, I don't need to call them back to let them know that we don't handle what they're looking for, since Ngage is already programmed to know when to decline a certain potential client. The downside of having Ngage would be not exactly knowing if a potential client was notified properly on not being able to handle their case. I'm always curious on whether Ngage is properly declining the appropriate people, without telling it to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
