**What do you like best about Ngage?**

Ngage is very helpful because whenever we receive a new inquiry. When a potential client contacts us through Ngage, I don't need to call them back to let them know that we don't handle what they're looking for, since Ngage is already programmed to know when to decline a certain potential client.

**What do you dislike about Ngage?**

The downside of having Ngage would be not exactly knowing if a potential client was notified properly on not being able to handle their case. I'm always curious on whether Ngage is properly declining the appropriate people, without telling it to do so.

**What problems is Ngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ngage helps us eliminate people that we don't need to speak to, knowing that their situation is something we aren't able to help them out with since it is something outside of our practice area. Knowing this helps us not waste their and our time.

**What do you like best about Ngage?**

I used ngage for a blend process and I was really impressed by it. Ngage provide you everything at one place and is very convenient as changing tabs specially in calling process is annoying sometimes.

**What do you dislike about Ngage?**

Ngage has a feature of notifications which is really helpful and appreciative but I have personally noted some of its short coming like while you are on a call it will show you a pop up and will disappear immediately which can be confusing for the one who are working in shift.

**What problems is Ngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ngage provide a safe space for the agents to be at and very convenient to use specially with the notifications features and the facebook messenger features plus you get everything at one place.

**What do you like best about Ngage?**

Ngage is good and easy to use. no need for call back if call is not related.It provides new world features with different looks.

**What do you dislike about Ngage?**

Its notification pop ups are quite confusing 
otherwise its good.

Its solving business related problems and making easy for organisation to proceed in smoother way.

**What do you like best about Ngage?**

Ngage has good features for making hybrid meetings more interactive (e.g., polls, word clouds, questions).  It's an alternative to Mentimeter.

**What do you dislike about Ngage?**

The Support is slow to respond (though ideally, you wouldn't need to contact them). The inclusion of live streaming brings complexity because that's not a feature we'd ever use because we have a dedicated tool for that. There are assorted bugs.

**Recommendations to others considering Ngage:**

Do look at other tools like Mentimeter. You might find something you like better.

**What problems is Ngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ngage is helping make hybrid meetings more engaging for in-person and virtual attendees. They become participants instead of observers.

**What do you like best about Ngage?**

Well the software is very simple and intuitive to use which would say is the great feature of this software. Plus there is a good customer support when needed. Also, the functionality of this software is great. Overall its a value for money.

**What do you dislike about Ngage?**

Reporting needs a lot of improvement. Not clear picture of drivers productivity or things we need to change in a way to improve since. Orders Assignment need improved IOS version of the App not there Dashboards need a lot of improvements.

**What problems is Ngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At present we are not using Ngage in my current organisation.

**What do you like best about Ngage?**

Ngage is helping us capture new business from our website. Visitors to our site are utilizing the chat daily which translates to new clients. Potential clients are choosing to utilize the chat feature instead of leaving our website without engaging with us.

**What do you dislike about Ngage?**

Ngage sometimes charges us for chats that are out of our geographic service area or out of our practice area. I have to stay on top of the charges.

**Recommendations to others considering Ngage:**

I would recommend trying Ngage and tracking your results.

We are seeing Ngage is able to capture information from potential clients. The chat engages them and gives us the opportunity to follow up.

Amanda, our representative, is very responsive to our questions and needs. She does a great job with follow-up and keeps our brand focused with new clients.

**What do you dislike about Ngage?**

It would be wonderful if we could turn off the service on the weekends.

Speak to Amanda....She is the best!

Vetting leads to authenticity. Our clients require a concierge experience, and Ngage provides that in real-time. Very nice that they offer chats on Facebook.

Quick turnaround.  I get access to the information right after the client fills out the online chat

**What do you dislike about Ngage?**

Too many people asking for free legal advice.  But that is not ngage's fault

**What problems is Ngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have received more clients, although the vast majority are people seeking free legal advice and just asking me to look something up online for them.

We are thrilled to partner with Ngage.  They have assisted us in generating cases from prospects visiting our website in search of legal help.  We highly recommend Ngage.

**What do you dislike about Ngage?**

Nothing.  If I am asked to provide an answer. . .sometimes, maybe once a year (maybe), an operator might not provide a complete answer about the practice areas we handle.  But this is easily resolved.

We are able to engage potential prospects that visit our website and turn those prospects into cases.
