Core platform is generally good if a little heavily reliant on expensive training and consultancy time to get the best out of it. Self service platform is good and easy to use but we suffer from serious downtime at key moments.

Ease of use self service. The modules are good for the end user and remove cost out of the back office due to that

Downtime. Reliance on consultant build. Complicated reporting tool
