NGA has offered multitude of services from HR to payroll management

Our project currently uses NGA payroll for EMEA countries.

**What do you like best about NGA Human Resources?**

More minor issues while integrating with SAP SuccessFactors system or any other HR system. Currently, SuccessFactors core HR system is integrated with the NGA payroll system through SAP CPI in our current project.

**What do you dislike about NGA Human Resources?**

National id validation needs to be there while processing the Payroll data. While activating national id validation in the SuccessFactors system, the NGA system impacts a few European countries.

**What problems is NGA Human Resources solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payroll processing for EMEA countries is currently happening through NGA human resource system. Compensation-related data from the SuccessFactors system feed to the NGA system through CPI.

As it a cloud based  HR it is very helpful to derive HR data from anywhere. It helped it handling Payroll & Complaince.

payroll & Complaince is the error free & cloud based

it is not feasible for small sized  organisation

It is been acquired by Alight & it is very helpful to have an cloud based Integrated Solutions for easy access of data from anywhere & error free HR solutions

**What problems is NGA Human Resources solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Based database retrieval & error free payroll computation. It helped from manual computation  to digital computation.

Core platform is generally good if a little heavily reliant on expensive training and consultancy time to get the best out of it. Self service platform is good and easy to use but we suffer from serious downtime at key moments. 

**What do you like best about NGA Human Resources?**

Ease of use self service. The modules are good for the end user and remove cost out of the back office due to that

**What do you dislike about NGA Human Resources?**

Downtime. Reliance on consultant build. Complicated reporting tool

MAke sure you get requirement very clear and drive consultants to help rather than just do
