What do you like best about NGA Human Resources?

More minor issues while integrating with SAP SuccessFactors system or any other HR system. Currently, SuccessFactors core HR system is integrated with the NGA payroll system through SAP CPI in our current project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NGA Human Resources?

National id validation needs to be there while processing the Payroll data. While activating national id validation in the SuccessFactors system, the NGA system impacts a few European countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NGA Human Resources solving and how is that benefiting you?

Payroll processing for EMEA countries is currently happening through NGA human resource system. Compensation-related data from the SuccessFactors system feed to the NGA system through CPI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Core platform is generally good if a little heavily reliant on expensive training and consultancy time to get the best out of it. Self service platform is good and easy to use but we suffer from serious downtime at key moments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
