Since sharing records and coordinating care are essential parts of patient management, having to pay extra for fax functionality can become costly and inconvenient for the practice. I like that we are able to check in patients, send records to billing, and manage fax and scanned documents all within the chart. The setup was great too since we've been using it for 10 years with no major issues. **What do you dislike about Nexus EHR?** Nexus EHR is sometimes slow and has crashed in the past to the point where we had to resort to using paper charts.
