NextPay Payment Gateway Reviews & Product Details

I was able to see NextPay by a former colleague of mine as I was looking into solutions to process card payments online. There was honestly not much that I liked about what I saw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Fees are extremely expensive, way more than any other competitor. Both the transaction fees as well as the maintenance fees are way beyond any other service provider out there. The website seems outdated, and also their dashboard wasn't that intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wasn't the biggest fan of NextPay while using it but I did appreciate a few of its features. The report generating feature was extremely helpful as is the ability to email invoices (though this can be done without the program). The program is easy to use for the most part and reliable with only a few hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service experience leaves more to be desired. When contacting them I was often placed on hold and my call quickly dropped.

They'll freeze your account if they suspect illegal activity, which is great and fine, but take a long time to unfreeze account even after provided with proof that no illegal activity has occurred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
