**What do you like best about NextCrew?**

They were able to take an old software that we were using and implement the things we loved on that software into the NextCrew software. They have made importing data extremely easy to meet our business needs. They have the best customer support with a quick response time.

**What do you dislike about NextCrew?**

We are not able to send texts or emails without the crew member having an account.

**What problems is NextCrew solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They implemented resume parsing. We pull resumes from indeed and they do not always have the contact information, so this makes it easier to get the information we need.

**What do you like best about NextCrew?**

I like being able to connect with the team easily, to gain insight on  new additions to the program, support when needed, etc. 

It is a pleasure being able to work with them.

**What do you dislike about NextCrew?**

My dislikes come more from not fully understanding, the more we grow and get to know 2.0 the more surprised and excited we are to learn more!

It helps support our business in ensuring we have the staff we need, when we need them. They allow us to schedule staff with ease and with a quick turnaround.

**What do you like best about NextCrew?**

NextCrew offers an effortless software solution that streamlines workforce management. Their exceptional support team promptly addresses any concerns and is highly responsive. The platform provides a comprehensive knowledge base, benefiting crew members, clients, and administrators in mastering the system. NextCrew is a complete staffing solution encompassing ATS functions, scheduling, time & attendance, and client billing. The software lacks a comprehensive reporting and analytics dashboard to monitor daily key business metrics. Additionally, it lacks a user-friendly feature for grouping shifts that need to be assigned to the same person

Overall, our experience with NextCrew has been excellent. It has facilitated our adaptation to a changing business landscape and enabled us to stay current with industry trends. Moreover, it has streamlined the process of finding temporary work for our workforce while relieving some burdens from our internal teams.

**What do you like best about NextCrew?**

This cloud-based platform helps staffing companies to grow, and the best feature they have is this user-friendly app, which everyone can use. I like how smooth it is.

**What do you dislike about NextCrew?**

The dislike is that it cost bit high from where everyone can not afford this, so yes, they should make it relatively cheap, and they have a minimal source to communicate with the leads and clients.

It is very user-friendly, so yes, we don't need to give hours to get understand this product, and everyone can understand very quickly, and this is the thing which is very beneficial for us.

**What do you like best about NextCrew?**

It's very flexible programme for new comers. We're able to configurate whatever we like to connect with a person and programme provides mobile candidate experiences

**What do you dislike about NextCrew?**

Full digitalisation inside programme sometimes giving error message when we try to connect from mobile. I believe developpers will manage this bug to avoid any access problems.

When we need new employee, programme was giving chance to us to find all candidates . We can easily say more sourcing with less labors.Good alerts, warning messages to team members linked to their communication choice.

it provides complete staff management solution which covers all the important areas. and dividing roles for different user is flowless and easy to configure.

the cost is bit high and it lacks few of the useful featues like repots and analysis details.

**What do you like best about NextCrew?**

The very best feature of this product is its user interface. Such an easy-to-use application, even for the first time to set up everything. One can find everything right from employee management to processing payments.

**What do you dislike about NextCrew?**

Everything is perfect except their pricing, which seems a little high.

I run a small agency with a group of Marketing freelancers occasionally. This product seems to be a lifesaver for me to manage all the temporary staff.

I loved how easy it was to use it. The implementation team did a fantastic job and allowed for our company to make a full integration with our current applications

It is a bit pricey. We are limited in the resources that are currently using it, if we could get a better deal when renewing I think this solution would be great in the long run

It is giving us a clear picture of our spend and also our efficiency. We can easily determine future needs and have the ability to modify based on business objectives

What I love about NextCrew is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for both administrators and employees to use. The software is highly customizable, allowing you to set up schedules, notifications, and reporting tailored to your business needs. Additionally, the mobile app is fantastic, enabling employees to manage their schedules and check-in/out with ease.

There was not a thing I dislike about this.

**What do you like best about NextCrew?**

NextCrew continually upgrades the system’s processes and features. They listen to each client’s specific needs and provide new features available to handle those needs. They also have tech support that responds quickly to handle any issues. The crew member app is wonderful! Our staff love using it and enjoy having more information at their fingertips.

**What do you dislike about NextCrew?**

The sales/lead process has room to grow. Currently there are limited capabilities to communicate information with leads and clients that does not involve copying and pasting. I know that NextCrew has plans to develop this.

**Recommendations to others considering NextCrew:**

If you are looking for a way to organize your staffing company processes and provide your staff with valuable technology, then NextCrew is what you need. You will not only have an excellent system, but a partnership with NextCrew to continually improve your processes. They care about each client and their individual processes and work to develop your system with you. After being with Salesforce for over 4 years, we switched to NextCrew and never regretted it.

Our communication with our crew/staff has improved greatly. Our processes have become easier and faster with fewer steps.

having a sign feature without having to go to adobe acrobat or another solution is really nice, more when you require to have multiple licences in a business.

**What do you dislike about NextCrew?**

the big issue is that all the team must be committed to use the software, if there is one employee that does not get used to the UI, this is pointless.

Please Request the Demo, that way is better to try if it will complete your needs.

we had calendars and completed rings like the one on the apple watch, is pretty much nice to have a competition system like this, it motivates human resources.

**What do you like best about NextCrew?**

This system is very comprehensive and works perfectly to find employees in two simple steps.  Some of our customers request staff using form which integrates into NextCrew or we enter the job order.  I recently had a client requesting 40 employees and it was filled in 1 day.  Before implementing this system we had to make phone calls to each employee and efficiency was very low.  This system frees up our time to focus on other things.  

Reports NextCrew provides also very valuable as we can search for employees around the area of the client and send offers to those employees. 

Additionally, payroll is as easy as uploading the report from NextCrew to Quickbooks.  

Lastly, whenever you need help they are always available for you.  I think this makes a huge impact.

**What do you dislike about NextCrew?**

Every system has it's flows.  Some of the things they provide did not exactly meet our needs but they have done a great job customizing the system.

**What problems is NextCrew solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NextCrew makes our operations efficient.  Before the system was implemented we had to call the employees to fill an order.  Now employees check their app and apply to the open jobs.  There is no more telephone traffic.  We also dont need to repeat the information they need one by one.  You just type all the information into the app and you are done.

**What do you like best about NextCrew?**

My staffing agency has been using NextCrew from the start in 2018. Their platform, service, and details are top notch. From staffing profiles, to invoicing clients, the site IS an integral part of my business, not to mention the App they provide to staff. Next Crew service gives me every detail of my company at a few clicks, and it's intuition and depth of data are second to none. Customer service and training is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about NextCrew?**

Every workflow is different, and their defaults needed, however every business runs differently.   For any step I need that isn't set, they work with the in house developers to remedy, adjusting to my workflow.

**Recommendations to others considering NextCrew:**

I'd look closely and the depth of other 'staffing programs' before choosing them. Kronos is clunkly, staff mate or others don't fully integrate data past staffing

**What problems is NextCrew solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of booking event staff, invoicing, tracking hours, payroll, and general data, have given me have more time to focus on my company's development, recruiting great staff and clients.

I like that it keeps track of your business needs, payments, hours,  schedules and it's pretty simple to use.

Sometimes it freezes and this is annoying when you need to submit forms to get paid

No need for other app . Next crew will meet all your needs and the dashboard is nicer

The problems that this app solves are its benefits actually.  So the benefit is that it keeps track of all the detailed information you need  to start and complete a work assignment. There is also no need for printing or track in a journal etc. With this app everything is kept for you in one place.

**What do you like best about NextCrew?**

It is a good staffing and booking software. We started implementation some months ago and find it better than the earlier one we used. There are many options to save time like staff can login and log off using their smart phone so we do not have to collect the hours manually. Its integration with the quickbooks allows us to to generate invoices automatically rather than doing manual. We also used it for payroll process and its just a click away, all we have to do is to get a file from the NextCrew on click away and import it to our bank and pay is transferred, its just amazing. Overall we can save over 30 hours a month for only accounting tasks. It also has a good function where clients can directly book events by submitting us request online which allows us enough time to manage staff.

**What do you dislike about NextCrew?**

There are certain areas where still improvement is required. We suffered with staff location issues when they sign in and off as there is geographic restrictions in the system but due to poor connectivity we have to remove that option. Support team is not that much good and response is not quick. There are no controls in the NextCrew system and no authority levels set so any one can change any information which is very severe issue. System is very slow and get worse quite frequently which means NextCrew needs to improve on hardware as well as connectivity. To do adjustment to staff payroll through system is not efficient and so far deduction option is not available

**Recommendations to others considering NextCrew:**

I would recommend that please go through detailed test run for this before you decide to buy as there might be some necessary features needed by your business but are not available in the NextCrew. We experienced many problems initially as we did not tested the system, we have to get many changes and for that we paid significant amount. Also do negotiate on the price as well and make sure everything is clear specially currency of invoice.

**What problems is NextCrew solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using most of the parts of the system and currently we are fully utilizing the functions of invoices creation and export to quickbooks as well as payroll processing which is done automatically. We are also using sign in and sign off for staff but that is not fully efficient.
Booking of staff through NextCrew is what we are utilizing fully and its working fine. Staff are intimated about the jobs and they can accept those using t heir app, also we can get refusal notification as well.

**What do you like best about NextCrew?**

This is one of the best software in booking staffing Industry . I just completed its implementation in my company and really enjoyed the features as well as excellent support team.
Integration of NextCrew with Quickbooks is saving a lot of our time for invoices. Also in staff payroll  , integration with RBC bank saved 10 hours in a month as payment to staff can be processed within 5 minutes.
Another good feature is that our client can directly post an event in advance which not only saves time but also help us to manage things effectively. 
Staff ranking based on their skills and expertise is awesome tool to book good staff at priority 

**What do you dislike about NextCrew?**

Like other staffing or booking software, it's not the ownership rather we pay monthly fee. Any upgradation involves high cost so needs to compare cost benefit analysis because at the end it's not our ownership.
Time sheet management system needs improvement as right now multiple time sheets can be created with overlapping time which is not a good feature.
There are no controls or authority levels so anyone can change any information.

Please get trial run first and see what changes do you need in advance and compare cost of changes with benefit to be achieved.
It's a good system but with some modifications which vary from business to business

NextCrew is saving a lot of our time in following areas.
- Staff can log in and out from their smart phone using NextCrew application.
- Integration with Quickbooks made the invoices process very smooth and efficient 
- Job notifications to staff are sent directly through NextCrew
- Payroll process is quick with integration to bank
