What problems is NewOrg solving and how is that benefiting you?

NewOrg is allowing LSH to generate reports that are useful for us and our grant reporting. This helps our development, not only in grant reporting, but in finding and applying for other funding sources. We're able to go in to New Org and get the information we need quickly. It also helps our clinical teams track and report on trends related to our clients, and in the future, will allow us to report to Philadelphia's Office of Homeless Services around these trends and gaps in support. NewOrg makes it much easier to manage big tasks, like sending forms to all of our members at once and then tracking each person’s completion status through their individual profile. It has the capacity to handle large volumes of document attachments, and once you know the system, information is relatively easy to find. The support team is also amazing.
