
The NewOrg platform is incredibly flexible. We are not their "typical" client, but they were able to customize their platform to accommodate all the quirks of our non-profit's programs, including building 3 custom portals for our stakeholders; building out custom, calculated fields that help us with our reporting; creating a variety of reports to answer the questions we need to be able to manage our programs and show our impact; and created custom solutions to help our team process client applications more accurately and more quickly. Additionally, most of those items (except the portals) were created in hours to days - not weeks to months like the other systems we have used. When we submit tickets, they are usually resolved in less than a day, and if not possible, they let us know when it will be complete. Implementation couldn't have been more collaborative, thought-provoking, focused, fun (yes actually fun!), and productive. It was truly a joy to implement this system and that's something I've never said before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We had a few items that we'd like to customize but can't, but none are dealbreakers. I love the reports and dashboards; they're a huge upgrade over our prior system, but a few more customization options, summation options, and visualization updates would go a long way.
