  ### 1. Intuitive UI and Smooth Search, but Notifications Need Tweaking

**What do you like best about New!?**

Honestly, the UI is just really intuitive. Usually, getting the team to adopt a new platform is a massive headache, but everyone picked this up super fast without needing hours of training. The search function and navigation are also really smooth.

**What do you dislike about New!?**

The notification settings can be kind of overwhelming out of the box—I had to spend some time tweaking them so my inbox didn't get absolutely spammed. Also, the mobile app feels a little stripped down compared to the desktop version, but it still gets the job done for quick checks.

**Recommendations to others considering New!:**

My biggest piece of advice is to dive straight into the notification settings right after you set up your account. By default, it can be pretty noisy, but once you spend five minutes tweaking your preferences, it's a great experience. Also, make sure to actually use their onboarding docs—they are super helpful for getting the rest of your team up to speed without a headache.

**What problems is New! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to waste a ton of time digging through messy email threads and spreadsheets just to track project updates. New! completely streamlined that for us. Now everything is in one central spot, which has cut down our weekly status meetings significantly and kept everyone on the exact same page.
