Can see if anything wrong happens and proactively fix any issues thanks to real time alerts. **What do you dislike about Netgear Insight?** Still a young product needs more time to mature and add more features. I would like to be able to easily grant temporary admin to technicians and only to some specific resources at times. **What problems is Netgear Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Netgear insight allowed me to monitor all my network endpoints from one central location without the need to login to individual appliances. I can remote it from anywhere in the world. **What do you dislike about Netgear Insight?** The below features that I don't like in Netgear Insight are: 1. Their support is a little bit bad according to me because when I raise one support ticket It will take 2 days to answer my support ticket. **Recommendations to others considering Netgear Insight:** I highly recommended this Cloud-Based Platform for Network management of all devices, because It is very easy to use. for the SMB and ROBO market, Netgear Insight is the best and perfect solution than other old methods all managed by locally. If you have networking experience then you can set it up with more controls and features easily and It feels your luxury experience. **What problems is Netgear Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. I can extend my product warranty and support packages easily with the help of Netgear Insight. 2. I can know that when my wifi connection is down and I love that alert feature. 3.
