Since we operate hotels and resorts, we often deal with heavy booking traffic. We used NetFunnel for events such as new card pre-orders and EV contract openings. It helped prevent overload on our WAS and DB by controlling traffic during peak periods. Even when a large number of users rushed in at once, access was handled sequentially, allowing customers to complete the contract process without disruption. From an operations perspective, it also made managing these events much easier and more predictable.

I like the ease of application where you only need to add the NetFUNNEL API at the beginning and end of the service. The ability to adjust the threshold in real-time and the quick responsiveness that is applied immediately are also appealing. Additionally, it allows for appropriate measures to be taken even in unexpected situations. If requests exceed the purchased license, it provides the flexibility to allow the service to operate initially and then resolve the issue by purchasing additional licenses.
