What do you like best about Netcraft?

The platform is very user-friendly, you can learn how to use it in less than five minutes. Even so, the training provided by the Netcraft team was extremely helpful so implementation was quick . Communication was also very streamlined; I never had to wait more than a couple of days for replies to my questions or concerns.

What do you dislike about Netcraft?

I don’t think I dislike anything per se. There was a change in our point of contact, which was a bit unusual , I think it might have happened more than once. It’s not a big deal, to be honest, and our new AM is amazing, so I have no complaints about her. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netcraft?

Netcraft have a keen focus on working with customers, both in day to day processes and developing the platform further. They are quick to advise how to get the most out of existing licenses and how to fully utilise their platform. The platform is easy to use, easy to integrate into workflows and highly capable. Netcraft also have an impressive array of contacts and relationships with hosting providers, which leads to faster takedowns and responses than could possibly be achieved by most firms. What do you dislike about Netcraft?

What do you like best about Netcraft?

The detection of brand-infringing content is great, with the data revealed being both comprehensive and actionable. The takedown service functions efficiently and promptly, always delivering a consistently high level of customer service. We also rely on Netcraft for their phone number takedown service and have been very pleased with the outcomes. My teams triage the Netcraft findings daily to secure our digital footprint. What do you dislike about Netcraft?

The user interface comes across as a bit clunky, with several different ways to accomplish the same task. I think there are definite opportunities to simplify the various screens and fields. However, the underlying data remains rich and actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netcraft?

Ever since day 1 of exploring their service, Netcraft has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, via many different ways. For starters everyone we have talked to are product experts. The VP of Sales knows the products almost as well as the tech team, which was impressive. They have consistently asked for feedback, ideas and suggestions and they have actively incorporated some of these into what they deliver. They have built their own systems instead of acquiring them and they know them in and out and they all work together extremely well. They have reporting that we absolutely love and we have been able to explain our results with far more connection than we ever were able to before. We have used some pretty big and competitive firms from North America, but Netcraft has them all beat, and if you need proof, look into who uses them. The kind of decisions that have resulted in Netcraft being selected is evidenced by the fact that many respectable companies, in this space have chosen them.

The implementation was a breeze (except where we made it difficult) and there has been no end of patience when a supplier of ours was the source of frustration for connecting one of our services properly. I can't recommend Netcraft more highly than this, as I have worked with tech vendors for years and I have never met their equal. What do you like best about Netcraft?

It's very easy to create takedowns, especially for someone who doesn't have as much IT background as, for example, marketing team. I actually like everything about the platform, including the support. We use Netcraft every day and the automation makes our work easier; in the end, we only have to verify or ignore them.The Abuse Box is also a cool feature where you can further expand this automatic takedown process. Their strong reputation and exclusive partnerships have enabled rapid takedowns, which has significantly reduced our client's attack surface. The dashboard is intuitive and customizable to our requirements, the alerts are practical and actionable, and the reporting makes it straightforward to demonstrate measurable risk reduction to stakeholders. 1. When we report a phishing site, it takes a long time to verify the takedown request. Phishing attacks are very fast, and the takedown request should be immediate.

2. Sometimes when phishkits use "decoy" pages, Netcraft marks the takedown as resolved or simply does not initiate it because it cannot see the phishing page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
