There was a change in our point of contact, which was a bit unusual , I think it might have happened more than once. For starters everyone we have talked to are product experts. The VP of Sales knows the products almost as well as the tech team, which was impressive. They have consistently asked for feedback, ideas and suggestions and they have actively incorporated some of these into what they deliver. They have built their own systems instead of acquiring them and they know them in and out and they all work together extremely well. They have reporting that we absolutely love and we have been able to explain our results with far more connection than we ever were able to before. We have used some pretty big and competitive firms from North America, but Netcraft has them all beat, and if you need proof, look into who uses them. The kind of decisions that have resulted in Netcraft being selected is evidenced by the fact that many respectable companies, in this space have chosen them. The implementation was a breeze (except where we made it difficult) and there has been no end of patience when a supplier of ours was the source of frustration for connecting one of our services properly. I can't recommend Netcraft more highly than this, as I have worked with tech vendors for years and I have never met their equal. Of all the decisions you have to make, this one will make you look good for years. **What do you dislike about Netcraft?** To date, we have not had any discussions on topics that were focused on dislikes, challenges or opportunities for Netcraft. **What problems is Netcraft solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a different supplier for Advanced Cybercrime Defenses, and we have been able to improve our takedown time from 17-28 hours to somewhere south of 4 hours on a consistent basis. We are getting great insights and the collaboration has been fantastic. Before we felt like we had to battle our supplier to get even basics like monthly reporting or service on the most basic of asks. We have been super impressed with Netcraft delivering not only during the sales process, but consistently living up to their own expectations month after month. We have been using them now for 18 months and it just keeps getting better. Oh, and for us, Netcraft was priced very attractively compared to what we had and we did a very comprehensive review of what was included and what was extra. On a like for like basis, Netcraft was significantly more affordable. ### 30.
