What do you like best about Netcraft?

Netcraft’s brand protection solution has been exceptional in identifying phishing and impersonation sites, as well as phishing infrastructure and typosquatting domains at an early stage. Their strong reputation and exclusive partnerships have enabled rapid takedowns, which has significantly reduced our client's attack surface. The dashboard is intuitive and customizable to our requirements, the alerts are practical and actionable, and the reporting makes it straightforward to demonstrate measurable risk reduction to stakeholders. What do you dislike about Netcraft?

What problems is Netcraft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Netcraft has been effective in detecting phishing websites that impersonate our clients' digital channels. These detections are immediately actionable, and after a quick analysis, we are able to submit takedown requests. What do you like best about Netcraft?

For a corporation of our size and complexity, Netcraft gives us a central hub and a single console for managing brand infringements, automated takedowns, VIP social monitoring, and other related services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netcraft?

This is not a "dislike" as such, it's more of a "could be better." The Netcraft pricing model, is designed to maximise profit for Netcraft, but that makes it difficult to build a clear business case for budget as the "modules" The pricing model is confusing and even after speaking with a Netcraft rep, it was still quite difficult to understand what we are paying for and why!
