**What do you like best about NeoCRM?**

Nearly all the services we require are conveniently available in one place.

**What do you dislike about NeoCRM?**

One drawback is the learning curve involved with this system. It requires considerable effort to study and understand. I still have more to learn before I can fully grasp all its features.

**What problems is NeoCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Event management, email campaigns, fundraising, membership management, online store, forms, dashboard, and volunteer management are all available in one place, which is very convenient for us. Having all these services integrated streamlines our workflow. The fundraising channel, in particular, helps us maintain a professional brand image.

**What do you like best about NeoCRM?**

It is a program capable of integrating the best options for fundraising, reports and generation of potential clients. Its additional features for mass mailing and event management are very beneficial tools for any type of task.


**What do you dislike about NeoCRM?**

I would like you to schedule the delivery of indorms better continuously, so the user would not have to schedule the delivery of each report individually. It is annoying that can be easily fixed.

**Recommendations to others considering NeoCRM:**

Compared to other types of products with similar capabilities, I would always prefer this because all our employees are satisfied with the performance for the tasks that are imposed, they help our employees to be more productive and the company only benefits from it.

**What problems is NeoCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

He has trained everyone in the company for the best data management we have seen since we worked. his way of organizing things has been very beneficial to carry out rigorous investigations in which archives are urgently needed and are obtained instantly. It has been an incredible help for us.
