**What do you like best about nddPrint 360?**

Ease of implementing resources, possibility of cloud banking, great features, excellent manufacturer support

**What do you dislike about nddPrint 360?**

Occasional product failures. Incompatibility with Linux and MAC

**What problems is nddPrint 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With NDD it is possible to solve the client's printing control problems, allowing the use of quotas, policies, etc. This brings great benefit as all these resources are easily configurable and manageable.

**What do you like best about nddPrint 360?**

It is very good but in my opinion Ricoh machines (work for Ricoh) is very green. Still have a lot of bugs and I think they have to work a lot more. But his management in the cloud is brutal and sensational.


**What do you dislike about nddPrint 360?**

The embedded is very green for Ricoh. It has several important bugs, and I think they should implement more options like more customizable icons.

**Recommendations to others considering nddPrint 360:**

Review the portfolio and if you fit (and do not have Ricoh) implement it.

**What problems is nddPrint 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some implementation of clients who want it all (or most) in the cloud.
