What do you like best about Navisite Managed Hosting?

Our experience with RDX has been nothing short of spectacular. We currently use them for SQL support as well as PowerBI/Data Warehouse support and design. They are always there when you need them. After hours support is excellent as well. My account manager is simply amazing! Their expertise in the areas I hire them for is quite high. When we have an issue, they are right there to resolve it. What do you dislike about Navisite Managed Hosting?

What do you dislike about Navisite Managed Hosting?

Everything outside of phone staff. When you have an issue it takes a long time to get it resolved. Their outdated backup solution is limited, slow, clunky and oh-yea, outdated. Ask for a root cause analysis, and don't hold your breath. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have 1 huge issue with NaviSite. The number of issues with there Data Centers including outages. We have one outage with them that lasted 8 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
