It is extremely difficult to find policies using the search engine. If the exact policy name isn't used, you will not be able to find it. Please update the program to be ablet to search policies using included words. It is frustrating when needing to find policies quickly. What problems is NAVEX One solving and how is that benefiting you?

When searching for a policy or procedure, I should be able to use a keyword related to the topic. For example, if I type "hyperkalemia" the procedure to maintenance potassium should populate. We are required to know the specific, long, wordy titles to find policies we need faster than we can. I should be able to type a relevant word and find related policies.
