## About Navattic
Give your prospects a modern buying experience with Navattic agents, demo automation, and interactive demos. With Navattic, you can capture any product, web app, desktop, mobile, or offline, in a pixel-perfect state, with hover states, animations, and dynamic UI preserved intact. Use click-to-capture, variables, and editing tools like blur, delete, replace, and personalize to build a polished demo in minutes. Navattic AI Copilot speeds up that process further: click through your product, and AI drafts the copy, tooltips, and demo story for you, built on best practices from over 40,000 demos. Once a demo is built, distribute it everywhere. Embed interactive demos on your website, drop them into sales emails or LinkedIn messages, run them in ad campaigns, or guide users through onboarding, all from one demo automation platform. Sales teams send tailored demos through Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Outreach, Seismic, Highspot, or LinkedIn and track engagement live. Product-led teams use branching and checklist logic to build custom flows that activate self-serve users or upsell existing accounts. For prospects who need more than a tour, Navattic AI agents guide and qualify them directly, answering questions in their own words and navigating your product or content in real time, no scheduling required. Every interaction feeds demo intent data back to your team. Trigger email or Slack alerts on high-intent views, sync engagement to Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo, and track usage in Segment, Amplitude, or Google Analytics. Spot buying signals as they happen and move deals faster. Whether you're sales-led or product-led, one platform covers the full demo lifecycle: build with Interactive Demos and AI Copilot, distribute at scale with demo automation, and qualify autonomously with AI agents.

## Navattic Reviews
 ### 1. Intuitive Demo Builder with Seamless HubSpot Integration and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah P. | Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The ability to quickly build and update a variety of product demos, keep them organized, and analyze and report on them is our core use case. The UI is extremely intuitive and it integrates directly with Hubspot so we can collect leads into our CRM. Customer support has been extremely helpful and available the entire time (which is several years) that I have been a customer.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Analytics can be slightly limited (only six metrics are reported on). Making updates can be a bit manual as our demos can get a tad long. Mobile demo builder is slightly limited as well.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is constantly updating their product and I know they have added a lot of new AI tools. Their customer success team also reaches out regularly to stay in touch via webinars, new resources and 1:1 calls.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really happy to hear the HubSpot integration, analytics, and support have all been consistent wins over the years. That kind of long-term relationship means a lot to us.

A few quick notes on the callouts: the analytics view tracks six key metrics (visitors, engaged visitors, CTA clicks, CTR, time spent, and total steps) with CSV export available here: https://docs.navattic.com/analyze.

On the mobile builder, there are several layout options including Mobile Zoom, Swipe, Alert, and Scaled View: https://docs.navattic.com/build/mobile

For anything beyond what's in the docs, support@navattic.com can speak to what's coming on the roadmap.

Thank you for the support,

 ### 2. Game-changer for organizations across Sales, Marketing, and L&D

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole B. | Learning Experience Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The best part about Navattic is how ridiculously easy it is to get familiar with the platform and start creating demos right away. I also love that the Navattic team is constantly rolling out new features and functions, which keeps adding value to our interactive demos. The new AI features are genuinely useful and save me time. In my experience over the past few months, Navattic has been consistently up and running, and we haven’t had any downtime (at least none that I’m aware of). And on the rare occasion I’ve needed support, the Navattic team has been awesome and gets you where you want to be in no time.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The only thing I dislike about Navattic is that I really want to be able to get links directly to a certain demos within a checklist.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic has completely replaced the need of creating time-consuming Articulate Storylines for interactive software learning. Storylines for eLearning used to take me days, whereas I can build and launch a Navattic within minutes.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Nicole!

This is such a great review to read - replacing Articulate Storylines with Navattic builds in minutes instead of days is a huge win, and the L&D use case is one we love seeing!

On linking directly to a specific demo within a checklist - good news, that's actually already possible! Checklist Tasks support a "Navigate to URL" click action so you can link out to any demo directly, and Tasks can also trigger a Flow within the same demo. More details here: https://docs.navattic.com/build/checklist

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 3. Powerful Interactive Demos, But Fragmented UX and Limited AI Context Hold It Back

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

In general, interactive demo experiences are awesome way to show they product. It's great for website, and a good tool for sales/cs. I like that it takes HTML and I can edit that (remove PII, or just change minor details to be more relevant) - that flexibility is awesome

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

It's hard to use . Everything is so fragmented. For example, that you can't apply next/back buttons to all tool tips in a flow, you have to manually add. Finding the buttons you need is really hard to find what you need (view between one-step and multi-step is so different). And the AI is okay, but it's not useful. What I really miss here is context. You just select a dropdown for purpose, but it doesn't have any context about actual purpose. Because of this, it's not useful.

My biggest frustration is that there is no linking between flows. I want to reuse flows between experiences, and this means a lot of updating. Another frustrating but minor thing - there is no internal vs external naming. This makes it really hard to see what experiences you have

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showcase our product easier, and earlier. Lower barrier to entry for people to experience our product

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really appreciate the detailed feedback here, and glad the HTML editing flexibility has been useful for tailoring demos to different audiences.

On the next/back buttons, good news is you can apply those across an entire flow at once through Flow Settings, or set them as a workspace-wide default so new tooltips include them automatically: https://docs.navattic.com/build/flows

For the AI's lack of context on purpose, a new Workspace Knowledge feature for Copilot lets you define your brand voice and product context so suggestions are more tailored going forward.

On flow reuse and internal/external naming, copying flows into a new demo is possible today through the Bulk Editor, and Labels can help distinguish internal versus external demos at a glance: https://docs.navattic.com/help/glossary

Feel free to reach out at support@navattic.com if you want to walk through any of these together.

 ### 4. AI Copilot and High-Fidelity HTML/CSS Demos That Work Everywhere

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniela T. | Webmaster, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The feature I get the most value from is the AI Copilot — it dramatically speeds up demo creation. Instead of building every tooltip and step manually, it generates a first draft of the demo copy and story structure for me, which I then refine to match Paystand's messaging. That alone saves a meaningful amount of time when I'm spinning up demos for different use cases.
I also really like how demos can be embedded across multiple channels — our website, email outreach, LinkedIn — without rebuilding anything. For a sales-assisted motion like ours, having one polished demo that works everywhere is a huge workflow win.
The HTML/CSS capture is noticeably better than screenshot-based tools — hover states, animations, and dynamic UI elements are all preserved, which makes the demo feel like the real product rather than a static slideshow. Prospects engage with it much more naturally.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The main friction point is the editing and updating workflow — once a demo is live, making changes after a product update takes longer than it should. When we're moving fast between releases, that lag adds up.
I'd also love to see stronger post-demo engagement signals pushed directly to the sales workflow. Right now the demo does its job, but knowing exactly which steps a prospect spent time on — and having that surface as a next-step prompt in our CRM — would make follow-up much sharper.
Finally, the pricing structure can feel rigid for teams that are still scaling their demo usage. An annual commitment with a fixed seat structure doesn't leave much room to experiment, especially when you're trying to justify ROI early on. More usage-based flexibility would go a long way.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem Navattic solves for us is removing the dependency on a live environment to run a compelling demo. Before, coordinating a product walkthrough meant relying on a stable sandbox, live data, and everything behaving perfectly — which it doesn't always. Now we can deliver a consistent, polished experience every time regardless of what's happening in the actual product.
It's also solved the scalability problem around demo delivery. We were struggling to get interactive product experiences in front of prospects early in the funnel without requiring a full sales call. With Navattic, we can embed a demo directly on a landing page or drop it into an email sequence, which means prospects self-qualify before they ever talk to someone on our team.
The AI Copilot has specifically cut down the time it takes to go from "we need a demo for this use case" to something ready to share — what used to take a full day of building and copywriting now comes together much faster.
The overall benefit is a more consistent buyer experience with less manual effort per demo, which is exactly what you need when you're running demos across multiple segments and campaigns.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thank you for this awesome review Daniela!

So glad the AI Copilot has been cutting down build time, and that the embed-anywhere workflow is landing well for your sales motion!

On updating live demos after product releases - Recapture automatically replaces changed screens, and since Captures are shared across flows, one update propagates everywhere it's referenced. The Bulk Editor and Replace Capture round out the toolkit for keeping things current: https://docs.navattic.com/workspace/workspace-organization

On post-demo engagement in your CRM - there are native integrations for Salesforce and HubSpot that sync demo engagement data directly to Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals, plus Pipeline Impact dashboards. Marketo, Pardot, Segment, Slack, and Webhooks are also supported: https://docs.navattic.com/integrations/overview

On pricing flexibility - reach out to support@navattic.com and the team can walk through what options are available for you.

 ### 5. Intuitive UI and Helpful Docs Made Building Client Demos Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MedspAI D. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The ease of use was really good. The UI was very intuitive. They also have pretty good docs to refer to when I needed help, including an AI Assistant that pointed me in the right direction just about everytime. Helped us create a pretty good demo for our clients.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I think the pricing is pretty high. I wish we were able to create a public link with the free version, but right now we just have stuff pointing to the preview link. Right now it is not worth the ROI to upgrade to $500/mo but in the future with enough use cases this could be worth it.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They made it really easy to create a demo that is good enough to put in front of our prospective clients without having much expertise in video editing, etc. Performance has been great so far.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Glad the UI and docs made it easy to build demos for clients -- happy the AI Assistant has been pointing you in the right direction!

On the public link and pricing question, the best next step is to reach out directly so someone can walk through what's available at each plan level and whether it makes sense for your use cases.

Feel free to contact support@navattic.com and they can connect you with the right person.

 ### 6. Easy to use, great feature demos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristina J. | Product Education Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is easy to use, and a powerful tool to help our users understand not only how to use a feature, but what they can do with it. It's also easy to update, so it's easy to use as features scale. And with recent updates, it's exciting to see how we'll be able to use it moving forward.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The UI is not the most intuitive, even though it's fairly easy to use once you know how to do it. Also, there's a limited amount of customization, so it would be nice to see more of that in the future.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our users understand how our product works and what they can do with it. It’s also more engaging than a video walkthrough, which makes it easier for them to stay focused and follow along.

 ### 7. Snappy, Low-Friction Capture and Editing with Top-Notch Navattic Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The ease of capture is a big factor, but the ease of editing is even more important, whether it's a simple fix like replacing a screen entirely during the capture session, or editing some finicky bit of text that was captured to tell a story better. Seamless browser integration makes it all easy, and the whole process is snappy and low-friction. The support from Navattic CSMs is also top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

It only appears to only integrate properly with Chromium-based browsers, which in fairness is also a limitation that is common to many rich web apps, but is a little frustrating at times.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to recording a traditional video, Navattic is far better at controlling the pacing and guiding viewers' attention to the most important aspects of what they are looking at.

 ### 8. Excellent Support and Highly Customizable Workflows in Navattic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh G. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Their support team is truly top-notch. I really appreciate how easy they make it to ask for help. They guide you through the process and keep the whole experience simple.

I also like the analytics tool. It’s interesting to observe trends over time and see how even small changes can have an impact on your flows.

Capturing screenshots is straightforward, even if it takes a little getting used to at first. Once you’re familiar with it, it feels very accessible.

Overall, everything in Navattic is highly customizable. Although there’s definitely a learning curve, that's mostly because you're able to personalize every aspect of your content. Frankly, that freedom and flexibility is a big reason why you’d choose a tool like this in the first place, so the effort feels worthwhile.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

You’ll have an easier time building flows if you’re already familiar with page-building tools or designing web content.

In the previous version of the flow builder, it wasn’t as easy to distinguish between the different kinds of effects you can add at a glance. That said, the team is very receptive to feedback and recently rolled out a change that addresses this.

If your app experience is somewhat complex, it can be challenging to map out which specific journeys to showcase. You really have to prioritize flows carefully so you don’t overwhelm the user.

The mobile experience is a tough nut to crack. There still isn't an optimal method of capturing screenshots on mobile devices, but they're well aware of this issue.

There’s a lot under the hood, and it takes some time exploring to understand everything. I’d recommend the team consider adding tooltips within the interface to help new users quickly grasp what the different functions and features are meant to do.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is helping us build a self-serve user journey that anyone can discover without needing to book a live demo. Our product is highly complex and versatile, so no two use cases are the same. Navattic lets us present that complexity in simple, easy-to-understand terms while keeping viewers in context as they explore. It has also directly helped us increase the number of qualified leads by 25%.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Josh, a 25% increase in qualified leads is a number worth shouting about - really glad Navattic has been delivering that kind of impact.

The feedback on mobile capture and in-product guidance for new users is genuinely useful and worth flagging to the team.

On mobile specifically, the current recommended path is uploading screenshots or video from your device as Media Captures, or using the Mobile Swipe Demo format for a more polished experience: https://docs.navattic.com/build/mobile

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 9. Clean UI and Powerful Analytics with Integratioins into Salesforce and Slack

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy W. | Senior Product Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It looks clean, and the interface is easy to navigate. I really like seeing the analytics and proving people are spending time engaging with the demos. We were able to get the views and forms synced into SF and then synced into Slack. The workflow took time to set up, but it's a huge win.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Sometimes it seemed a bit glitchy. It could have been user-error but it also could have been the product. TESTING is really hard. It's almost impossible with how it's set up. This created a lot of extra work for us.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping with lead gen, as well as upsell opportunities. It's a low pressure way to allow someone to see our product without having to speak with someone right away.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Amy, really glad the analytics and the Salesforce-to-Slack sync are paying off. That workflow takes some setup but it's a big win once it's running.

On testing, there's actually a cleaner path than it might seem: the Play button in the Build tab lets you preview drafts interactively before publishing, and for Playbooks you can use Test Run (three dots next to Save). For Checklists, enabling "Always reset completed tasks" helps avoid cached states during QA.

Hopefully that makes the testing flow less painful going forward, and if you run into anything specific, feel free to reach out at support@navattic.com.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 10. Great platform for creating desktop and mobile solution demo videos!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurt P. | Senior Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The Navattic platform is logically arranged and easy to learn. The user guides are clear and include really helpful videos. On top of that, the staff is very responsive whenever I have questions about using specific features. One of my favorite things about Navattic is that they keep adding new features and functions to the platform.

I recently created a demo video for a mobile solution, and it was a very easy process to place screenshots into a mobile device frame for a polished, finished look. Similar to desktop application demo videos, we can adjust colors to match our brand palette, add logos, customize screens, and more. I’m looking forward to trying the new voice narration feature in the near future.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

This is a tough one, because I really like the platform overall. One area that could be improved is the font adjustments on video modals (pop-up windows). At times, it can be a bit tricky to get the font to the exact size I want. That said, it’s a relatively minor nit.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic demos have made it possible for our sales teams to actually show prospects what the user experience of our payments solution looks like, and what the data sync looks like inside their ERP. That means we can walk through our AP Automation platform and an ERP in the same video, which has been really helpful. Now we’re also adding demo videos that highlight our mobile-based solutions, too. Overall, it’s very slick, and these demos have become powerful sales tools for us.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the review, Kurt!!

It’s great to hear how quickly you got up and running - and even better that you’re continuing to uncover new features that help tailor your demos to your brand.

Love that you’re using Navattic to show both your AP Automation platform and ERP experience side by side. That’s such a powerful way to tell the full story.

Thank you again for the awesome review!

 ### 11. The UI is easy to use and very intuitive.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Creating and modifying product tours is easy, as the platform's UI is very user-friendly. Additionally, the ability to replicate tours onto non-Navattic webpages, like we do for splunk.com, makes it simple for us to promote products and for end users to interact with the engaging product tours.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Sometimes it's a bit hard to understand what updates have been made or who was the last to modify the slides.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It used to be very hard to create product demos and product tours just by using AEM. Once we figured out the connection between our product pages and the Navattic demo feature, along with the intuitive design for building, we have since been using our old methods less and less, fully adapting to the ease of use that Navattic has provided us.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Replicating tours onto pages like splunk.com to make it simple for end users to engage is a great use of the platform, glad that's working well for you.

Good news on tracking changes: version history is available right in the Build tab, and "last edited by" shipped back in October 2025, so that visibility should already be there for your team.

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 12. Navattic Makes Self-Guided Product Walkthroughs Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AKSHAY P. | Senior Manager Technical Product Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What’s most helpful about Navattic is how easy it makes it to showcase a product without needing prospects to book a live demo first. It helps marketing, sales, and product teams create interactive walkthroughs that let users explore the product at their own pace.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

So far, I haven’t run into any major downsides.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps solve the challenge of showing product value quickly without always relying on live demos or engineering-heavy demo environments. It allows teams to create interactive product walkthroughs that prospects can explore on their own.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Akshay, love hearing that self-guided walkthroughs have made it easier to showcase the product without requiring a live demo first. That's exactly the problem Navattic is built to solve.

Really glad it's been a smooth experience so far, and excited to keep the momentum going with your team.

Appreciate your support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 13. Flexible, Adjustable HTML Editing That Fits Seamlessly Into Our Services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton E. | Customer Training Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The flexibility and adjustability. Previously we had to start over each time a small edit was made within our service, now we can easily edit the HTML. Also the availability for us to use it in our other services and AI tools such as Claude via MCP.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I dont like the UI within editing/building and managing a tour. But it could just as well be me not having spend enough time yet

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can much easier make tutorials and guide the customers to the correct way of using our otherwise a bit complex platform

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> The HTML editing flexibility making it so you don't have to start over on every small change is exactly the kind of workflow we want to support, Anton.

Glad it's also playing nicely with tools like Claude via MCP.

On the tour builder UI, that's good feedback to dig into further, so feel free to reach out to support@navattic.com if you want to walk through what's tripping you up.

Appreciate your support,

 ### 14. Super User-Friendly Interactive Demos That Make Showcasing Products Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara B. | Digital Strategy Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is super user-friendly. It took us just a short time to learn it and all the features before we were all ready to push Ddemos live.

I love how we can showcase our products with interactive demos the customers can click through step-by-step or via a checklist they can move to sections they are interested in.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The mobile version isn't as detailed as the web version but that's to be expected with a smaller screen

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our customers to get an inside look into our products before reaching out to a customer service rep who usually does a demo for them anyway. Saving the rep time and ensuring the customer is ready to purchase when they contact the rep

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Tara, love hearing that the team got up to speed quickly and that the step-by-step and checklist formats have been a good fit for showcasing products to customers.

On mobile, that's a fair callout. There are some responsive options worth exploring if you ever want to dig in: https://docs.navattic.com/build/mobile

Appreciate your support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 15. A Game-Changer for Scaling Demos Across a Large Sales Org

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kari K. | Director, Solution Consulting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has transformed how our sales team demonstrates our products throughout every stage of the sales cycle. What I love most is the versatility of simulation types and use cases, including outbound prospecting, live prospect calls and conferences, and a self-paced, hands-on experience after a demo. There's a format for every situation, and reps can access everything from one central hub.

The Launchpad feature is a game-changer. It puts a pre-approved, organized library of simulations at every seller's fingertips, so they can quickly find the right content for the right prospect. The integrations are outstanding. Navattic connects seamlessly with Salesforce, Seismic, Outlook, and Salesloft, making it easy to share demos wherever sellers already work. Most impressive is the engagement tracking: sellers receive real-time Slack notifications and email alerts when a prospect opens or shares a simulation, and all activity is timestamped and logged directly to the Salesforce Opportunity record. This makes follow-up timely and data-driven, and gives account teams full visibility into buyer engagement.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

With a large product portfolio, organizing and surfacing the right simulations for the right sellers can be challenging. As we've scaled our library of demos across multiple solution areas, it's sometimes been difficult to keep content well-organized and easy to navigate... sellers may have to do a bit of searching to find exactly the simulation they need for a given prospect or use case.

That said, the Navattic team has been a great partner in this area. They're actively working on roadmap improvements that should make content organization and discoverability significantly better, and we're optimistic those enhancements will make a real difference for our sellers. The responsiveness of their team to customer feedback gives us confidence that this is heading in the right direction.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic has solved two big challenges for our sales team. First, getting realistic, "live-looking" software in front of sellers without the overhead of spinning up and maintaining demo environments. Our sellers can now present products in a clean, guided click-path flow that looks and feels like the real thing, with no demo site management or risk of something breaking mid-call. This has also freed up time for our SE team, as they don't have to be on every call.

Second, it has enabled prospects to explore our solutions on their own terms. We built guided walkthroughs with tooltips that give prospects a hands-on experience after a demo without requiring us to provision actual sandbox credentials. This has significantly reduced the time our team spends on sandbox setup and access management, while also keeping deals moving. Prospects can self-explore at their own pace, which has had a positive impact on our deal cycles.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Kari, the depth of this review is incredible - thank you for taking the time to lay all of this out so thoughtfully.

The Launchpad + Salesforce engagement tracking combo getting a callout is always great to see - real-time alerts and timestamped activity on the Opportunity record is such a practical win for account teams. On the content organization and discoverability side, Demo Library and Boards within Launchpad are designed to help with exactly this - reps can search and filter by interest, tags, or keywords, and admins can set up different Boards per team, product, or use case. Worth looping with your CSM to make sure the Library is set up in a way that scales with your portfolio: https://docs.navattic.com/launchpad/demos/library

 ### 16. Navattic Makes Complex Use Cases Easy to Demo and Share

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Billy M. | Vice President Customer Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

We're still fairly new to Navattic, but it's the perfect tool for early use case which is creating and sharing demo of key features to prospects that are in pipeline and that we're helping to build a business case for.

Our use cases are complex; Navattic helps me to make them understandable to my prospects.

The UI makes it simple to quickly build short use case demo, and it performs very well, particularly after the recent changes to the building workflow.

Additional tools such as the genAI capability are welcome and demonstrate a commitment to make life easier for busy sales engineering and customer success teams.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

To get the most out of it you need to make sure that you commit the time to it. It's unavoidable with most demo platforms - tyou need a lot of time create every bit of content you need. The team are working on areas to speed up time to production.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps me to build short focused use case demonstrations for my prospects that illustrate to them how Red Sift helps them to solve their security challenges.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Billy, love that Navattic has been helping your team make complex use cases click for prospects - security challenges are notoriously hard to demo, so that's a big win.

On the time investment front, Copilot Generate is worth a look if you haven't dug into it yet - it auto-writes tooltip text, step descriptions, and anchors after you click through your app, so a first draft is ready almost immediately after capture. Brand and Tone settings can also be auto-populated with AI so you're not starting from scratch each time: https://docs.navattic.com/copilot/generate

Thank you for the support,

 ### 17. Streamlined Demos with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug A. | Senior Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I think Navattic is very easy to use, which I really appreciate. The UI looks nice and responds well, and they're always making updates to improve it, which is great. The thing I like most about Navattic is the people who work there. They work really hard to stay engaged with customers and ensure we have what we need to be successful.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Sometimes the solution has struggled to capture certain environments, and it ends up taking an inordinate amount of time to get those environments captured. Others on my team have really struggled, and therefore maybe don't have quite as high an opinion of Navattic as I do.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic provides our sales teams with click-through demos for a more authentic customer experience, replacing unprofessional video demos.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> So glad the UI, the team, and the cadence of updates have all been landing well. It genuinely means a lot to hear that the people at Navattic stand out for you.

On capturing certain environments: when a web capture is tricky, switching to a Media capture (screenshots, video, or GIFs) is often the fastest workaround. More on that here: https://docs.navattic.com/build/captures/media

If specific environments continue to be a pain point for your team, support@navattic.com is the best place to flag those so the team can look into it directly.

 ### 18. No-Brainer for Interactive Product Demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah S. | Senior Demand Generation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

A quick and easy way to create a strong, interactive product demo. It’s also simple to build multiple versions of the demo tailored to different audiences.

This has been a great tool for us to show prospects our product, educate them in a way that makes sense to them, and encourage them to book a real demo with us to learn more.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I’d like to see more robust analytics features. I’ve been using this more as a “set it and forget it” tool, so I’m sure there are additional features I could be using and benefiting from that I’m simply not aware of yet.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us educate prospects early in the funnel and showcase our value by giving them a hands-on look at our product before they even talk to Sales. This has improved our landing page conversions and helped us pass higher-quality leads over to Sales, because they’ve already seen how the product works and self-educated before meeting with the team.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Sarah, love that Navattic has become such a reliable part of the funnel - self-educated prospects showing up to sales conversations already bought in is such a good outcome.

On the analytics side, there's actually quite a bit available that might be flying under the radar - visitor data, step-level drop-off, CTA click tracking, time spent per session, and a Pipeline Impact Dashboard if you're connected to Salesforce. Might be worth a deeper look: https://docs.navattic.com/analyze

 ### 19. Low-Touch Approach to High-Intent Lead Generation and Full-Funnel Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma H.

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like most about Navattic is how easy it is to give prospects a hands-on experience of the product without requiring a live demo. It allows potential customers to explore key workflows at their own pace, helping them better understand the value of the platform before speaking with sales.

From a marketing perspective, it has become an important part of our demand generation strategy. We use tours across paid campaigns, website pages, email nurtures, and content initiatives to drive engagement and generate high-intent leads.

It also supports the wider go-to-market team. Sales can use tours as a lightweight way to introduce specific capabilities, while marketing can showcase new features and use cases. The platform is intuitive to build and maintain, analytics are useful, hubspot integration is great.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

One area for improvement is the mobile experience for more complex tour structures. As a company with multiple product modules, we often create tours that showcase several modules within a single journey. While this works well on desktop, the mobile version cannot automatically combine the corresponding mobile tours, which means a lot of additional work is required to build and maintain the mobile experience separately.

The video editing functionality can also be a little glitchy at times when editing or updating clips.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us solve a common challenge in B2B software: prospects want to understand the product before committing to a demo, while marketing and sales teams want to qualify interest more effectively.

By providing self-guided product tours, we can give prospects a hands-on experience of our platform directly from our website, paid campaigns, email nurtures, and other marketing activities. This helps potential customers understand our capabilities and value proposition earlier in the buying journey.

The platform has become an important lead generation and conversion tool for us. It allows us to engage prospects who may not yet be ready to speak with sales, while also helping our sales team share targeted product experiences with specific audiences and use cases. As a result, we've been able to increase product engagement, generate high-intent leads, and create more informed sales conversations.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> This is such a thorough breakdown of how Navattic fits into a full-funnel strategy, paid campaigns, nurtures, website, sales enablement, all of it. Really great to read!

On the mobile experience for multi-module tours, good news here; The Mobile Zoom strategy gives mobile viewers full access to your desktop demo with pinch-to-zoom and panning, which removes the need to build and maintain a separate mobile swipe version. Worth checking out if that's been adding overhead for your team.

On the video editing glitches, that's not something we've flagged as a known issue on our end, but if it's happening consistently, reach out to support@navattic.com and the team will dig into it with you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

 ### 20. Easy to create Demos with AI storyboarding, fast product enhancements, and great CSM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan A. | Product Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The pace at which they make product enhancements. Recently they made the editing UI even better than it was -- makes it super easy to go through your screens and get them just the way you want. The AI storyboard creation - makes created the demos so much easier and faster. the output is very accurate to my vision, too. The many options for screen editing. The CSM I work with is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

This is minor, but the last time I used the voiceover it sounded like a robot, rather than human.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Navattics to support feature adoption with customers and middle of funnel with prospects. They are a good step between scheduling a demo with sales and passively watching a product video.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Jordan,

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review!

Love hearing that the AI storyboarding and screen editing options are helping bring your demo vision to life quickly and accurately.

Also great to hear your CSM has been a helpful partner - always our goal!

Appreciate you flagging the experience across screen sizes - is there a specific screen size that responsive behavior doesn't corporate? Feel free to bring this up to your CSM during your next catch-up - I'm sure they'd be happy to help resolve this.

Thank you again for the support Jordan - really appreciate it.

 ### 21. Navattic Accelerates Solution-Alignment and Multi-Stakeholder Enterprise Sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Intuitive product that allows for personalization at scale for pre-sales, and post-demo work. Were also aexcited about the velocity with which theyre releasing GenAI features (MCP, Sales-Agents, etc).

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Does take time to create the early screencaps and narrative flow, but once youre storyboard is conceptualized, easy to execute, and then fork demos for new clients.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Were creating customized pre-sales demos for our large high-ACV enterprise targets, along with using Navattic for post-demo followups to and medium > high acv client. For now, our near-shore operations team can easily create these manually, and we're excited about MCP & AI creation options to prompt demo customizations into existence in the future.

Additionally, the monitoring functionality to see when prospects are interacting with the demos, where theyre spending time, etc. is immensely helpful, particularly in multi-stakeholder sales processes.d

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for sharing this!

Glad the personalization at scale and GenAI features like MCP and Sales-Agents are helping with your enterprise sales motion.

On speeding up the early screencap and storyboard work, that's exactly what the Copilot tooling is aimed at helping with.

Appreciate your support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 22. Great for marketing and for support use cases

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela S. | VP, Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The self-guided demos are excellent for engagement on our website. Showing, not telling, is effective.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Even after two years as a customer, I struggle with the creation. If you aren't constantly making new demos, it's hard to remember exactly how to do it. HOWEVER, their customer success and customer support are super helpful for those of us who have this problem.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing the benefits of our product in an engaging way for top of funnel. Walking potential support tickets through a 'how to' = self-help. So, increasing the funnel and reducing support costs.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> So glad the self-guided demos have been such an effective way to show, not tell, on your site.

On demo creation feeling tricky between builds, that's a fair callback, and the team built the Navattic Academy for exactly this kind of refresher: https://academy.navattic.com/

It's a learning hub with short courses (30-60 minutes each) covering demo-building fundamentals through videos, guides, and interactive demos.

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 23. Powerful and incredibly intuitive product demo-making software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It's super easy to create, maintain and edit product demos for all sorts of purposes. At my job, it's mainly used for demos shown to prospects during meetings or conferences, but it can just as easily be used for our website. Its clean interface makes it so easy anyone can learn how to make a demo in a matter of a couple of hours.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Some more powerful or complicated features are a bit hidden. I also wish you could further customize the way you connect demos and flows between each other.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating demos that are available on demand, can be downloaded offline to be used in conferences where WiFi might be spotty, not having demos ruined by a backend change or a service outage and always having the perfect golden path when showcasing to prospects. It can also be used for our knowledge base to provide clearer tutorials.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really happy to hear Navattic has become a reliable part of your demo and enablement workflow, using it for live meetings, conferences, offline, and your knowledge base is exactly the kind of versatility we aim for.

On the advanced features feeling a bit tucked away, fair point, and worth knowing about the Navattic Academy. It's a full learning hub with courses, how-to videos, and interactive demos designed to surface the more powerful parts of the product. Good starting point if you want to dig deeper: https://academy.navattic.com/collections

For flow connections specifically, there's more flexibility than it might seem on the surface. Conditional Demos let visitors build their own path based on interest, Checklists let viewers pick which flow to engage with, and the Flow Builder lets you set transitions so users automatically move from one flow to the next: https://docs.navattic.com/build/flows

 ### 24. Super easy to use, super effective.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like best about Navattic is the flexibility it gives us when creating walkthroughs. I like that we can preserve the interactivity of a page instead of flattening everything into static screenshots. That makes the experience feel more realistic and engaging for users.

At the same time, the ability to upload our own screenshots is extremely useful. It allows us to build walkthroughs from wireframes before a product is available in production, so we can start training, promotion, and feedback efforts earlier in the product lifecycle.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

One feature I would like to see in Navattic is the ability to highlight an area of the screen without requiring a text bubble. Specifically, it would be helpful to have a spotlight effect where a selected area remains fully visible while the rest of the screen is dimmed or faded out.

This would allow us to draw attention to key interface elements in a cleaner, less intrusive way, especially when a detailed explanation isn't necessary. It would improve the visual flow of walkthroughs and help users focus on the most important parts of the experience.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us solve the challenge of promoting, demonstrating, and training users on products that are not yet in production. It enables us to quickly create interactive, shareable walkthroughs that showcase product functionality before development is complete.

Its flexibility allows us to easily update content as products evolve, without requiring significant effort or technical resources. This helps accelerate product marketing, stakeholder feedback, and user training activities. Once the product is released, the content and workflows we've created can be transitioned into our in-app adoption platform, reducing duplicate work and ensuring a smoother launch experience.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really glad the interactivity and the ability to build from wireframes before a product is live have been so valuable. Using Navattic across the full product lifecycle like that is a great approach.

On the spotlight/dim effect, the closest option available today is using a Tooltip with a Backdrop (Light, Medium, or Heavy) via Step Settings, which dims surrounding elements to draw focus. Beacons can also highlight elements without a dialog box. Hope one of those gets you closer to what you're looking for, and the feature request is worth logging at support@navattic.com.

 ### 25. Easy to Learn and Great for Feature Walkthroughs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I appreciate the ease of use of the software and the low barrier to entry to learn how to use it effectively. It is also particularly helpful in our business use case where we would like to show walk throughs of features that are not live yet in our production environment.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

One of the downsides of using Navattic is the upkeep and maintenance of walk throughs. Whenever UI in our software changes, each walk through needs to be updated manually to reflect the updated UI. This can become tedious and time consuming, especially as the number of walk throughs created grows.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is helping tremendously by allowing us to communicate updates or changes coming to users before they go live in our system. We have many users set in their ways of our current software so being able to communicate to them anticipated changes helps avoid negative reactions or slow adoptions of the update once it is rolled out.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> So glad Navattic has been helpful for communicating upcoming changes to your users before they go live, that's a really smart use case.

On the maintenance side, there are actually a few features built specifically to cut down on that upkeep. Collection Global Edits and the Bulk Editor let you apply text, image, or styling changes across all captures in a collection at once, and AI Up-to-Date helps you find and mass-replace outdated content like old dates. If your UI changes, Replace Capture or Recapture lets you swap in a new screen without rebuilding the whole flow.

Hopefully those tools take some of the friction out of keeping things current as your product evolves!

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 26. Navattic’s Magic Editors Make Creating Polished Demos Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley B. | Marekting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I’ve genuinely loved working with Navattic. The team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and just great to collaborate with overall. Their product is also refreshingly easy to use, which makes a huge difference day-to-day.

The Magic Editors, in particular, have been a game changer for me—they save so much time and make it effortless to create polished, compelling demos. It’s had a huge impact on getting prospect buy-in and clearly demonstrating the value of what we offer.

Highly recommend Navattic to anyone looking to level up their demo experience!

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

We have encountered some obstacles in using the platform for our resellers, but we have collaborated with the team to find workarounds and resolve the issues.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is solving the challenge of scaling high-quality product demos across both our internal teams and our reseller network. Before, it was difficult to ensure consistency and efficiency when multiple groups needed to showcase our product.

With Navattic, we’re able to empower our resellers just as effectively as our internal team by giving them easy-to-use, interactive demos that clearly communicate our value. It’s made it much simpler to scale our reseller business, maintain consistency in how we present our product, and ultimately drive stronger engagement and buy-in from prospects.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Ashley, this truly made our team's day, thank you! So glad the Magic Editors have been a game changer for creating polished, compelling demos and driving prospect buy-in. And we love hearing that Navattic is helping you scale consistency across both your internal teams and your reseller network. That's a really exciting use case.

We're happy we've been able to work through the reseller hurdles together, and we'll keep collaborating to make that experience even smoother.

 ### 27. Navattic Gives Prospects a Great Self-Paced Taste of Our Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cary R. | Director of Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has been a great tool for giving prospects an advance "taste" of our products - whether accessing a quick, self-paced tour from our website or receiving the tour from our Sales team to help them get to know our product and come better prepared with questions during a live demo. The solution has consistently added new features to make building demos faster and easier.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

When building a new tour, screen captures can sometimes be challenging to grab if your products use iframe technology or open new tabs in the browser.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buyers want to educate themselves on tech they're considering before they engage with our Sales team. Navattic-based product tours are a fantastic way to enable buyers to "test drive" your software as they're researching potential vendors. Product tours also help prospects get more out of a live demo, as they come educated about where they want to see more or have questions. They're also a great, sharable tool to help prospects easily socialize your product with other members of their team during the vendor evaluation process.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Cary, so glad to hear Navattic is helping your buyers self-educate before engaging with sales and come to live demos more prepared and with better questions. That's exactly the experience we want to enable!

On the iframe and new-tab capture challenges, we'd recommend reaching out to support@navattic.com so our team can dig into the specifics of your setup and help find the best path forward.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions!

Appreciate your support,

 ### 28. The Product is super flexible and easy to use and the people are wonderful to work with.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JR T. | Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Ease of use and constant innovation. The Navattic team continues to make the platform better and easier to use with AI, while also pushing forward with new ways to create and distribute demos. This helps us get more value from the work the Solutions Consulting team has already done, and it enables Sales to be more engaging and stay top-of-mind with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Navattic. Over the last 9 months they have innovated a released tons of new features and workflows, and that has been challenging to keep up with, but that's on me.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is solving the problem of market penetration, sales engagement, distribution and resource management. Navattic acts as a fulcrum that we leverage to amplify sales engagement and track it, speed up sales cycles, and expand our Marketing and Solutions Consultant reach without adding head count.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hey JR,

Thanks for sharing your feedback and for highlighting both the flexibility of Navattic and the impact it’s had on your sales and marketing efforts.

Glad to hear the analytics have been useful for tracking engagement and driving results across different campaigns.

 ### 29. Navattic Makes Interactive, Step-by-Step Demos Feel Like the Real UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** IAN L. | Director Product Marketing, AI, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I really enjoy the user experience. It’s very easy to create demos in a clear, step-by-step way, and I especially like that it takes an HTML snapshot of a web page so you can still interact with it and place modals on top. Overall, it feels like you’re actually navigating through the UI of the application you’re demoing, rather than just watching a screen capture. Also, their customer support has been really nice. They came out in person and walked us through the platform. Whenever we need to do new demos for new people on the team, they've been very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The only thing I don't like about Navattic is they make so many updates to their platform, and I only have to come in and create a demo every few months. I have to re-learn the steps a bit, but honestly that's not a bad thing, because it appears they're constantly innovating their platform.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves the problem of how to create interactive demos of our very complicated products so that we're not just doing recorded videos, which are difficult to produce and not very engaging. Navattic demos are also great for the show floor at conferences, so you can click through, forward and backwards, with customers in a demo environment to show them the functionality of a product. It's the best thing short of actually walking through the product itself.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Ian, so glad to hear the HTML snapshot approach is giving your demos that genuine, navigable feel, especially for complex products where recorded videos just don't cut it. And it's great to hear our support team has been responsive whenever you're onboarding new team members!

On the frequent updates causing a re-learn, we take that as a sign we're constantly improving, and we appreciate your patience with it. If you ever want a quick refresher, Navattic Academy [https://academy.navattic.com] is a great resource to get back up to speed fast.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to support@navattic.com with any follow-up questions!

 ### 30. A GTM Game Changer That Keeps Getting Better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie P. | Marketing Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has been a total game changer for how our teams go to market. Even with small teams, it makes it easy to show what our products do, help customers understand them, and influence buying decisions without needing extra engineers or sales support. We use it for everything from getting prospects in the door to onboarding new customers and even explaining upsell opportunities. This has been my second company that I have onboarded and championed it within the organization and as a marketing leader, it is one of my favorite levers to use.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The only real challenge is when you try to combine product visuals with other images. Sometimes the layouts aren’t perfectly responsive on all screen sizes. It usually only comes up with more complex demos, and it’s something they’re already working on, so it’s a small issue in the grand scheme of things.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves a lot of the challenges that come with small teams and limited resources. It helps us move faster, educate customers, and drive adoption and upsells without needing to hire a bunch of extra people. In both of my companies, it has been one of the most powerful tools for improving how the market understands our products and for helping us grow.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Jackie, thank you for championing Navattic across two companies. That truly means so much to the whole team! Hearing that it's become one of your go-to levers as a marketing leader, from prospecting all the way through upsells, is exactly what we're building toward.

On the layout responsiveness with mixed visuals, great news! We've recently shipped improvements including vertical alignment controls, more accurate anchor selection relative to device frames, and fixes for CTA button visibility on full-screen images. Hopefully you'll notice a difference next time you're building a more complex demo! as always feel free to reach out to support@navattic.com or your CSM with any follow up questions!!

Appreciate the support,

 ### 31. Fractional Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

This is my second adoption of Navattic. With Vero AI, it was about capturing the AI processing and decision marking of the AI Agents. And Navattic did exactly that. Plus, we can integrate the high fidelity demo experience into the exact form fit the visitor is using. For the buyer, seeing the UX and User Interface is an important part of building trust, as compared to using a tool like Base44 to build out a demo experience. Lastly, the ease of use of the building demo was simple as my peer and Vero AI Chief Product Officer was able to do it in hours.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Just today, we identified the need for offline demo capability. It's available with the enterprise package.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the need to explain how AI and Agentic Workflows work in a high fidelity experience. It's also providing prospects a detailed view of the product without the need of a solutions engineer. Thus, when scheduling a 1:1 demo, the prospects can focus on the deeper functional value. Lastly, it's enabling everyone on the Vero AI team to present the solution consistently.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Love hearing that Navattic has been the right fit for capturing AI and agentic workflows in a high-fidelity way, and that the team was able to get it built out so quickly.

On offline demos, confirmed that's an Enterprise feature. You can reach out to success@navattic.com to learn more about what's included and whether it makes sense for your setup.

 ### 32. Easy-to-Use Platform with Powerful Integrations for Internal and External Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

They are always working to improve. You can also see a lot about customer behavior through the integrations to help your sales team, and the interface is very easy to understand. We also have an amazing Rep, Ryan Jeethan. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and if he doesn't know, he will send you an easy-to-understand answer, normally in the form of a demo.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I don't always catch when new updates happen, and there is so much the platform can do that it can be hard to really understand all of your possibilities.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The new AI feature has been helpful, though we do need to set it up better. And we have been able to create demos for sales presentations, online self-serve demos, website videos, and events. We have also started using it for training and onboarding, so instead of having to fully record a new video, you can just update a slide.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really glad the integrations, the customer behavior insights, and Ryan have all been a good experience. Shoutout noted!

On keeping up with new updates, the product changelog is the best place to track what's shipping each month: https://docs.navattic.com/changelog/index

 ### 33. Reusable Demos with a Wonderful Support Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert N. | VP of Product Enablement, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The team at Navattic is wonderful, and the software is always improving. It makes things easy to repeat, so I don't have to rework everything all the time. It helps us share new features quickly, both internally and with customers via email or in person. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

{"Sometimes the navigation is less than intuitive to find certain features."}

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navattic for onboarding and leave-behind demos. It's easy to repeat so I don't have to rework all the time. It helps us share new features quickly internally and with customers via email or in person.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the fantastic review, Robert!

So cool to hear how Navattic’s become a key piece of your enablement system -microlearning, automation, and embedded demos all working together is exactly the kind of use case we love to see.

Regarding voiceovers, we’ve actually added a voiceover feature recently - check out this update if you haven’t already: https://docs.navattic.com/product-updates#w9Zq2.

Let us know if you’d ever like to chat more about demo optimization or upcoming features!

 ### 34. Effective and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Ease of use plus support features allow me to leverage Navattic daily to create content to guide users through the features of our platform. The process of capturing live content is easy and AI support has been helpful to customize flow screens based on use case (marketing versus customer support). I also enjoy the options of copying both slides and flows from one demo to another, allowing me to maintain some branded templates without having to recreate for each demo. Customer support when needed has also been outstanding. The recently implemented single step layout makes it easy to see the full screen version of the demo while you are drafting, so we no longer rely on just the preview to see what the front-end user version will look like; this means less time spent editing.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Navattic but do have one recommendation - the option to undo within the text box. Because the draft is saved in real time as you edit, there is no option to revert any changes, even if done in error.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I enjoy using Navattic to create content that walks my customers through different sections and features of the products that we offer. Being able to capture step by step processes in a user-friendly flow is both easy to create and easy for customers to use. We've also been able to incorporate our company color scheme, so branding is aligned on our customer facing content. Incorporating AI into the content creation has given us the added boost of recommending content based on the captures.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the 5-star review!

Awesome to hear that using captures makes it easy to build demos that truly reflect your site’s layout - especially for both marketing and customer content.

As for the drop-downs, our CS team would be happy to help figure out a way to create a more dynamic flow. Feel free to reach out to your CSM, and our team will look into it.

Thank you again for the review!

 ### 35. Explore it themselves first, then ask the real questions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly H. | Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

There's nothing better than poking around a product on your own before you ever talk to a rep. By the time you get on the call, you've got basic functionality and UI down so you can ask real questions instead of surface level. It captures the real thing. Real screens, real flows, my notes layered on top. So people explore Nectar on their own time and show up to sales calls for clarity instead of intros . And on my end it's fast and reliable

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The editor gets fussy when a flow runs long. A non issue, but the longer tours take some patience.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It fixes the worst part of a first call, which is burning it on basic functionality. People click through on their own first, hit the moments that matter, and come in with better questions. It also means I'm not the bottleneck. A prospect wants to see engage before the call. I send the tour and let it do the talking. Navattic really works if you have a product that speaks for itself in value.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Holly, the way you've described the use case here is spot on. Getting prospects to explore on their own before the call so they show up with real questions is exactly what Navattic is built for.

On the editor getting fussy with longer flows, that's worth flagging directly at support@navattic.com so the team can take a closer look.

Appreciate your support,

 ### 36. The best demo automation software available

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cade B. | Implementation Specialist III, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

This software has revolutionized the way our company presents information, both internally and externally to our customers. This is super valuable because we're a CPaaS, and our products and processes can be pretty complicated. Navattic simplifies the "how" around so much of what we need our teams and customers to know. The software is very intuitive and easy to use, which is why we're using it for more and more products and processes. The UI is robust for features and capabilities, and is very user friendly. The steps for creating flows make sense as I was able to teach our team in one training on how to use it. And all the different sharing methods are great. And finally, the metrics are greatly appreciated and provide a lot of good insight into customer behavior and encourage additional engagement from them.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The main issue right now is around Copilot. While much easier to create flows, the AI generated content doesn't always match up with the captures. And then in terms of the captures themselves, adjusting the dialog boxes is a little wonky.

I still think that a "toolbox" would be helpful and even with a drag and drop ability for adding such items to the flow. It would be nice to have the ability to move a flow to a different demo

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly through saving time and adding clarity to some pretty complicated products and processes.

As a CPaaS, we have a lot of complex products and each product can mean a different method of integration for our customers. The Navattic demos are being viewed (as we can see from the analytics) and customers have voiced how helpful they are! This has been super encouraging because all this amounts to more time for our team, and better experience for our customers. We have a variety of different products, so we've created a bunch of different demos for each product and how customers can enable them. The demos are better than sending just another guide that customers may or may not read. Not only are we able to show the customers exactly what they need to do, but we're able to it in a very professional and efficient manner. We're saving time while improving the customer experience. Another great thing is that Navattic is very flexible in how it can be used. Several teams within our company (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc) have used and seen its capabilities and everyone agrees that any effort put into creating flows, is always worth it! Because of this, we're constantly looking for ways to use Navattic because it always adds value to what it's applied to. We also just had a new, important and large process that we've rolled out for customers, and we used a Navattic demo as the main instruction for our customers to follow

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Wow this is amazing - thanks so much Cade!

Awesome to hear that Navattic’s helped you streamline customer onboarding across your different products and make the experience more engaging and efficient.

Appreciate the feedback on clicks and copy/paste too - that’s something we’ve been hearing and actively looking into. If you haven’t seen it yet, we recently added bulk editing which might help with some of the workflow: https://docs.navattic.com/product-updates/2024-updates#7OQRq. There are a ton more tips where that came from - I reccommend reaching out to your CSM for some editing tips & tricks

Thanks again for the support Cade,

 ### 37. Effortless Onboarding Process Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian P. | PartStore Ecommerce Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

How easy it is to create an Onboarding process, to edit the courses/trainings, and play with them with different options to make them more interactive. I'm currently using it daily to create and edit new onboarding courses. It helps me reach out to multiple customers at once and schedule calls after if needed. This allows me to provide the proper support to our customers and guide them in different areas of our system faster.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

At the moment, nothing. It has been super easy to use and understand without a training session

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me with constant onboarding calls. I have created an onboarding process easy to follow and understand with a couple of clicks. It has helped me reduce the number of meetings during the day and be able to cover more

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Adrian, so glad to hear Navattic has made building your onboarding process feel effortless and helped you reduce the number of repetitive meetings in your day. That's a huge win! Creating something easy to follow with just a couple of clicks is exactly what we're going for.

Appreciate your support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 38. Effortless Demos and Insightful Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivek V. | Regional Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like how quick it is to create a non-demo with Navattic. It's really helpful to get analytics out of the session, which shows me what pages the prospect has seen and how much time they spent on each. This helps me tailor my message accordingly. The ease with which prospects can interact with the links and learn more about our product is great. The initial setup was easy, supported by very helpful guidance from the platform and the customer success manager. Everything was smooth, and we are happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Nothing so far

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves my problem of outgoing activities by allowing me to send platform demo links via email, letting prospects explore and learn about our product. It's quick to create demos and provides session analytics, helping tailor my messages and identify potential customers.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hi Vivek,

Thanks for sharing how Navattic analytics are helping you dig into prospect pain points and have deeper conversations.

On your note about seeing multiple people from the same org - you can view this today in the “Visitors” tab of a share link’s analytics, as long as those visitors have been identified (via a form fill or CRM cookie tracking, depending on plan). This way, each person appears separately and you can see how many people from a company are engaged. Feel free to check out this blog for instructions on how to ID visitor info via Navattic JS w/ CRM cookie tracking + account-based engagement: https://www.navattic.com/blog/interactive-demo-data-hubspot

Your CSM would also be more than happy to help you set this up for you!

Finally, glad to hear the insights are already helping, and always happy to hear more ideas on how to make analytics even more valuable.

Thanks again for your support Vivek!!

 ### 39. Versatile, Easy, and High-Performing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

As a marketing lead, I’m always looking for tools that not only make my team’s job easier, but also move the needle for the business. Navattic delivers on both. The platform is incredibly intuitive to use, allowing us to quickly spin up engaging, persona-specific demos without needing heavy design or dev support. What makes it even more powerful is the range of use cases it supports—from top-of-funnel promotion and lead generation, to customer training and enablement, to internal education. It’s genuinely a marketer’s dream to have one tool that can flex across the entire journey.

The support available through Navattic's website allows for quick self-service help, with our account manager ready to help with anything we need additional troubleshooting with.

Best of all, the performance speaks for itself: our interactive demos consistently drive stronger engagement and measurable results than traditional content.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Learning curve for new users, clunky mobile integration

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

top-of-funnel promotion and lead generation, to customer training and enablement, to internal education

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really appreciate you sharing how Navattic has been valuable across so many different use cases - from lead generation to training to internal education!

It’s great to hear that the platform is helping your team move quickly without needing heavy design or dev lift, and that the demos are driving measurable impact compared to other content.

Excited to keep supporting your marketing efforts and always happy to hear any other ideas you’d like to see built into the product.

 ### 40. Great ROI —but need to bid for it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Our primary use case for Navattic is lead generation and product marketing.

On the lead generation side, we share it with prospects who aren’t quite ready for a sales conversation yet. On the customer marketing side, we provide Navattic product tours to existing customers so they can explore new software features first-hand.

Navattic is extremely easy to use. Implementation required only a small amount of web development, and even that was largely self-imposed because we wanted the experience to be fully embedded on our website.

During our development phase, the team was very responsive and shared best practices, inspirational examples, and helpful materials that made it easier to build our guided tours. After going live, we’ve needed little to no support—the tool simply works.

We’re also actively evaluating the AI Demo Agent product they recently launched. There’s still some stuff to polish (reliability, multilingual engagement, and general usability during the AI-assisted demo), but it’s VERY promising.

In terms of ROI, Navattic guided tours have become one of our top campaigns for pipeline and growth.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Nothing too major to call out—Navattic has been great overall. The main area for improvement we’ve noticed is how Navattic identifies prospects and visitors, and how that information gets passed through to our marketing automation platform and CRM.

Where we’ve run into the most friction is with the Salesforce integration and Navattic forms, which aren’t at the level I’d expect. There’s a lack of basic features, like hidden fields and the ability to map to boolean fields in SFDC. On top of that, there’s no direct integration with SFDC Marketing Cloud Advanced (Pardot replacement).

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us capture warm demand—prospects who aren’t quite ready to speak with sales or request a live demo yet—and it also speeds up deal velocity by letting our champions share a near-production version of the product with the broader buyer committee.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the amazing, detailed review!

Love how you’re using Navattic across both lead gen and customer marketing.. especially to engage prospects early and showcase new features to existing users.

It’s great to hear the setup was smooth and that the tool has required minimal upkeep since launch.

Also appreciate the shoutout to the team during implementation—glad we could help make that phase a success.

Excited to see Navattic continuing to support your growth and sales velocity!

Thanks again!

 ### 41. Solid Experience Overall

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marialuisa B. | Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The UX is very simple and easy to navigate. It's very minimalistic, without too much information making it feel heavy and difficult to understand. The produced demo can then be added in many different channels, which is great to push product awareness. As a non-engineer, it gives me great ease knowing I can quickly delvier

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

It doesn't allow too much customisation for what I want to show, at times. This means that the product walkthroughs are somewhat limited, especially when there's more to a certain feature that we want to show.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us solve the challenge of communicating product value before a sales call. Rather than relying on static screenshots or scheduling live demos, we can offer prospects an interactive, self-guided experience directly on our website. This benefits us by boosting engagement, helping us qualify leads based on demo activity, and shortening sales cycles because buyers already understand the value before they ever speak with sales.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Marialuisa, glad the UX and multichannel flexibility have been working well for you!

On the customization side, there are quite a few step types and interactive elements that might open things up a bit - modals, tooltips, invisible steps, forms, embeds, video steps, branching via click actions, and more.

If there are specific flows where you're hitting a wall on what you can show, the support team would love to dig into it with you at support@navattic.com.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

 ### 42. Easy-to-Use Platform with Clean UI and Great Drag-and-Drop Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It's ease of use, clean UI / UX, salesforce and slack integrations. The drag and drop feature is great, and we really like the ability to add in multiple forms throughout and then automate the full funnel journey via our existing automation tools

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The salesforce integration is a bit limited, in that there is no easy way to separate out the forms that are sent to Salesforce. Same goes for the Playbooks--there is no way to assign a unique ID to the forms and run detailed playbooks for each. Just simply being able to assign a unique identifier / add hidden fields to each form would solve this problem

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has strengthened our previously lacking middle funnel without requiring prospects to commit to an in-person discovery meeting if they’re not ready. It has also opened up a new channel for MQLs through the forms built into the demos. Overall, it’s been essential for letting us showcase our product in a way we previously couldn’t.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Happy to hear the ease of use, drag-and-drop, and integrations are working well for your team, and that Navattic has helped fill in the middle funnel!

On the Salesforce side, the SF integration currently works at the visitor/session level, and form-level unique IDs aren't something the docs cover today. That feedback is helpful though, and worth raising with the team directly at support@navattic.com so it can be logged.

 ### 43. Easy, Modular Demo Creation with Strong Performance and Handy Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sarvesh n. | Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Easy to draft and update demos with modular capability to replicate the steps across other demos.
Performance is good and support is handy.
AI tools like co-pilot integration helps drafting content easier.
Direct integration with IBM's techzone tool helps for direct publication.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Frequent changes in UI enhancements.
No option to download content or text in demos offline for a quick review of only text or images.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of relaying on seperate team for drafting click through demos quick handy tool like navattic saves time to deployment and publication drastically. thus increasing chances of prospect conversion.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the detailed rundown, Sarvesh!

Glad the modular demo building, co-pilot integration, and techzone connection have been making your workflow smoother.

On offline access, there's a guide covering how to work with demos offline, and the changelog is a good spot to keep tabs on UI updates as they roll out.

 ### 44. Navattic is the perfect platform to start your interactive demo journey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It is very easy to use. From capturing screens to putting flows together, the interface is quite easy to understand and demos can be created in very little time. Also, the price point is hard to beat. That's why it's the perfect platform if you are considering a venture down the interactive demo path. It also easily integrated with our hubspot. Easy to use and it wont eat up your budget.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Anchoring tooltips on the screen can sometimes be a bit buggy. And possibly more options within the actual creation process itself, such as different button types and features within the demo, but I figure in time these areas will only get better.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed better content to show our software platform. And we didn't need to be bogged down with content creation. Navattic has allowed us to rapidly put demos out there that showcase the value of our product in the most easy to understand way.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Ryan, so glad Navattic has been worth coming back to update your review on!

The HubSpot integration getting a shoutout is always great to see - making demos accessible without blowing the budget is something we think about a lot.

On tooltip anchoring - if it ever acts up, switching the Fitting setting to "Best-fit" or adjusting the tooltip size can usually sort it out, and the support team is always happy to help troubleshoot if needed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

 ### 45. Navattic Makes Demo Creation Fun with Powerful Features and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubhangi C. | Assistant Team Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

1. User Interface- It's a breeze to use the tool; all the features are so easily accessible that it actually feels fun to create a demo using Navattic.
2. Features- The entire list of features present in the tool is so powerful. All you need to have is a strategy, and Navattic has everything to support it.
3. Ease of implementation- Invision, create, and publish: That's all it takes. Just press the buttons and follow the flow.
4. Customer Support- Regular updates made available in real-time, and a POC is readily available to solve all the queries you might have, love it!

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Capturing screens and setting them up can get troublesome sometimes.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving trust building by putting control in the hands of our prospective buyers. When buyers can get a hands-on look at the product, they can make better decisions, and moreover, do so without the intervention of any external authority and through a friction-free journey.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Shubhangi, this totally made our day!

The "envision, create, publish" breakdown is such a spot-on way to describe how the flow works - love that it actually feels fun to build in. On the screen capture side, if things ever get tricky during setup, there's a troubleshooting guide that walks through the most common hiccups: https://docs.navattic.com/build/captures/troubleshooting

 ### 46. Easy-to-Use Interactive Demos Backed by Stellar, Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mihailo I. | Marketing Manager, UK, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The combination of the product’s ease of use and the stellar support from the team. We can build and launch a high-quality interactive demo in a fraction of the time it would take to coordinate a live session. Plus, the Navattic team is incredibly responsive, whenever we have a question, they are right there with a solution, which makes the partnership feel like a true extension of our own team.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The only minor hurdle is the initial learning curve with the HTML editor. While it’s definitely a no-code tool, getting a demo to look 100% perfect across all screen sizes can take a bit of 'fiddling' at first. However, the support team is so fast to help that this hasn't been a dealbreaker for us.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were facing two main challenges: a slow 'time-to-value' for prospects and a heavy technical burden on our team to create demo environments. Navattic solved this by providing an incredibly easy implementation process. Unlike other tools that require heavy engineering, we were able to get up and running almost instantly. The native integrations with our CRM were seamless, meaning we could track prospect engagement without any manual data entry or complex API work. Because of the ease of use and the amazing responsiveness of the Navattic team, we saved a massive amount of time. We no longer spend hours prepping for basic introductory demos. We’ve had a great response from our customers. They love the interactive, self-paced demos because they can see the product's value immediately without a 30-minute sales call.Ultimately, Navattic has shortened our sales cycle and allowed our team to focus on high-value strategy rather than repetitive walkthroughs.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Mihailo, this is so good to hear!

Being able to spin up a high-quality interactive demo in a fraction of the time it takes to coordinate a live session is exactly what Navattic is built for.

Totally fair callout on the HTML editor learning curve - getting things to look pixel-perfect across every screen size does take a little getting used to. Worth knowing there are actually four responsive display options built into the platform (Scale Width, Responsive, Fixed, and Scale Width+Height) that can help a lot with that - you can find them under Demo > Build > Responsive, or check out the docs here: https://docs.navattic.com/build/responsive

 ### 47. Super Easy Interactive Demos with Helpful Onboarding and AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Super easy to create and update the interactive demos, and the AI features make it even easier. The onboarding team was very helpful in getting us setup quickly as well.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

We've had some issues with the Hubspot integrated forms not carrying over cookies from form to form on the Navattic side versus our web page CTAs, but have been able to get workarounds. It'd be great for the Navattic forms to have more if/then logic for showing and hiding fields so we can use their out of the box forms instead.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're not able to quickly give prospects in depth experiences of our product without having to provision tenants or spend time on onboarding trials. It's a great way to quickly get prospects into the funnel and product.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Love hearing the AI features and onboarding team made getting set up so smooth.

On the HubSpot cookie issue, installing the Navattic JS script to pass the HubSpot cookie through, along with enabling Automatic Form Submission Tracking, should help close that gap: https://docs.navattic.com/tracking/navattic-js/subscribe-to-events/hubspot-forms

Conditional if/then logic for native Navattic forms isn't available yet, but it's a good one to flag for the team.

 ### 48. Easy to Use—Created a Demo Tour in Minutes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I really loved how easy it is to use it. I needed to test how to create a Demo for one of our products, and it took just a few minutes to navigate around and to create a test tour.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I love it, so nothing yet. Maybe sometimes it is hard to understand how the captures are linked together, but I believe that is rather a skill issue and not necessarily something from Navatic.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is really great at creating easy-to-make demos. Very easy to get started, very easy to navigate the interface, and very easy to integrate it with your platform. Now I can also add the fact that I had to update some demos, it was pretty straightforward, so I would add that is pretty easy to maintain them.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> So glad to hear that getting a demo up and running took just a few minutes - that's exactly the experience we aim for!

It's great to know the interface felt intuitive right from the start, and we hope Navattic continues to be a go-to tool as you explore more of what it can do.

 ### 49. Navattic Makes Interactive Demos Easy—Backed by a Highly Supportive Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Executive Director Solutions Architecture, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I love most about Navattic is how easy it is to take an existing web asset, capture it, and then tailor it to different needs and industry-specific language. For example, we can take a demonstration originally built for the Telecommunications industry, capture the click path, and then update the screen elements throughout so it reflects a Financial Services demonstration instead.

I also can’t say enough about how supportive their account teams are. Their online chat team is extremely responsive, and their Customer Success team consistently shares new features and best practices that help our teams get more out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There’s much more to love than to dislike about the Navattic platform. The one area I’d most like to see improved is the capture feature—specifically, better automation for screen re-captures after a new platform release. As it works today, when our captured UIs change, we have to open each flow, re-capture the affected screens, and then publish the flow again.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Early-stage funnel education that helps create more impactful first impressions.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Chris, the use case you described - adapting a Telecom demo into a Financial Services demo by updating screen elements - is such a great example of how Navattic can stretch across industries and audiences.

Appreciate the feedback on the re-capture workflow after platform updates - that's something we've flagged to our engineering team, and your specific context (managing multiple flows that need to be re-published post-release) is really helpful detail.

You can track updates and improvements at https://docs.navattic.com/product-updates, and if you're open to chatting more about your workflow, feel free to reach out to your CSM or support at support@navattic.com.

 ### 50. Highly Effective for Scalable Marketing Demonstrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey B. | Principal Solution Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I think the technology of Navattic is great for scalability, which is really important for us. Additionally, their teams are very good to work with, and I'm impressed by the level of care they put into conversations around the utilization of the product. Their support is great and they have a willingness to dig into challenges about how we can best present things. I appreciate the tool tip options, being able to set up a page and have clickable areas that lead stories in new directions. This, along with using full-screen captures, lets us present a really good version of our solution in a really clean environment.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I think with anything, it's balancing the number of features with simplicity. So as a tool gets more robust, it's always gonna be a bit of a learning curve and just make sure that we can use it more effectively.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps with our scalability and lets us put our best foot forward in presenting our brand. It streamlines resources into a clean, clickable, and informative version for prospects and customers.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Scalability + a team that actually digs into your use case, that combo means a lot to hear, so thank you!

On the features vs. simplicity balance, it's a real tension as the product grows, and something we're actively thinking about. The Academy is a good place to get up to speed efficiently if you haven't checked it out: https://academy.navattic.com/collections
