I use NAKIVO Backup & Replication to back up my virtual machines in my Proxmox environment, and it allows me to manage multiple backup jobs with ease. I love how intuitive and easy to use and deploy it is, and I especially value the backup and recovery jobs. Also, the initial setup was very easy because they provide all the documentation and a script. Additionally, the cost of the licenses is an advantage since they are perpetual and you only pay for support.
