The onboarding process was really easy, and Kateryna Hapon was very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful throughout.

What I like most is its capacity and compatibility to backup to Cloud S3 Compatible storage which is the first option for most organizations that implement 3-2-1 backup policy or those that have available S3 for secure copy of backups offsite. You can integrate your own EDR to scan your backups. The support as well is very helpful and knows the product very well. The performance of backup and restore is also better than our previous backup solution and the user interface is very easy to navigate. Nakivo is easy to set up and doesn’t require heavy infrastructure or virtual machines to run the backup software. It can do most premium jobs as what other, more expensive backup solutions do, but at a minimal cost.

What I highlight the most is the flexibility of its architecture, specifically the ability to deploy the backup engine directly as a native package on our NAS storage without overloading the infrastructure. This local integration allows us to leverage network speed and free up hypervisor resources. Additionally, compression drastically reduces disk space, while the web interface remains agile, clean, and very easy to manage.
