Najar serves as an essential "single source of truth" for our software stack. While having a repository for tools and deadlines sounds simple, its execution is incredibly effective and provides much-needed visibility into our total revenue spend. The standout feature, however, is their negotiation support. Being able to offload high-stakes negotiations for major contracts to their team is a game-changer. It allows me to stay focused on high-value tasks and, more importantly, preserves my relationship with our partners. By letting Najar handle the "tough" parts of the negotiation, I can maintain a collaborative, positive rapport with our vendors rather than being the "bad guy." While we encountered a few minor bugs early on, the support team was exceptional—always responsive and ready to jump in immediately to resolve issues. What problems is Najar solving and how is that benefiting you? My experience has been excellent. I worked directly with Felix on a couple of negotiations, and his expertise was invaluable to the process. Beyond the active negotiations, Najar was a lifesaver when I was handed the responsibility of renewing several tools.
