"The perfect buffer for tough negotiations and contract visibility"
What do you like best about Najar?

Najar serves as an essential "single source of truth" for our software stack. While having a repository for tools and deadlines sounds simple, its execution is incredibly effective and provides much-needed visibility into our total revenue spend.

The standout feature, however, is their negotiation support. Being able to offload high-stakes negotiations for major contracts to their team is a game-changer. It allows me to stay focused on high-value tasks and, more importantly, preserves my relationship with our partners. By letting Najar handle the "tough" parts of the negotiation, I can maintain a collaborative, positive rapport with our vendors rather than being the "bad guy." What do you dislike about Najar?

Honestly, I don't have any significant complaints. While we encountered a few minor bugs early on, the support team was exceptional—always responsive and ready to jump in immediately to resolve issues. Because of that level of service, any minor technical friction was solved before it became a real problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A valuable support for delegating brokerage and saving time"
What do you like best about Najar?

The support to allow me to delegate the "brokerage" part and benchmarking on the prices of SaaS solutions, and thus save time in my daily life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Najar?

The online platform. I don't use it because it's redundant with my internal tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
