Najar serves as an essential "single source of truth" for our software stack. While having a repository for tools and deadlines sounds simple, its execution is incredibly effective and provides much-needed visibility into our total revenue spend.
The standout feature, however, is their negotiation support. Being able to offload high-stakes negotiations for major contracts to their team is a game-changer. It allows me to stay focused on high-value tasks and, more importantly, preserves my relationship with our partners. By letting Najar handle the "tough" parts of the negotiation, I can maintain a collaborative, positive rapport with our vendors rather than being the "bad guy." Honestly, I don't have any significant complaints. While we encountered a few minor bugs early on, the support team was exceptional—always responsive and ready to jump in immediately to resolve issues.
