What do you like best about NABD System?

What do you dislike about NABD System?

Most of the time, preparing performance reports concerning agent productivity, ticket closure, and customer satisfaction indices can be complex. What do you like best about NABD System?

NABD is an adaptable, versatile, and easy-to-understand client assistance platform that aims to provide and deliver optimal Omni-channel customer care services. NABD helps in transforming customer support teams into a customer success engine resulting in customer satisfaction. NABD can be deployed as a SaaS solution or on-premise for all business verticals and for various business sizes. NABD System is revamping the customer service space with its future-thinking technology. Automatic routing rules based on rules we defined earlier are unique and multi-channels that include Facebook, Twitter, email, and mobile applications. Customer service is quick. The good thing also is the ability to adapt our customization needs in just a few days. The cost is also quite reasonable compared to similar products. The return on investment was impressive, and we managed to reduce the cost of serving customer cases and enabled us to quickly complete cases and respond to customers faster. The tool is excellent, but particularly I like Ticketing and knowledge base. Ticketing makes it extremely easy and effective to escalate customer issues and track them. As for the knowledge base, it is very simple to use and manage. It is a good source of information for the frontline to find the relevant information quickly and serve the customer effectively. What do you like best about NABD System?

NABD System helped me to connect with customer anywhere and by using any social media site like Facebook etc. It is a customer service system that is affordable and comes with monthly subscription. It offers a functional plan and makes ticketing simpler and easier. The knowledge base is also a useful feature to serve the customer. Even if you dislike something or find a problem their team fixes everything. They allow to customize things according to your own style. Their customer support goes out of their way to help the client. Some of my favorite features include social media monitoring, survey management, forms management, feedback management, issue management and multiple others. The reporting and analytic tools provide with maximum productivity. The design is aesthetically pleasing and pleasing to look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NABD System?

NABD System contains many useful features but they are not modern so there is need of some advanced features. They need to make improvements in the chat system while dealing with client only. This software is easy to use. and NABD's software technical support is very excellent and always helpful. it's need some knowledge to ticketing. In this application some feature are not comfortable. and also this app needs some advanced features in chat with online client. it is very complex and slow sometimes. survey management options are not present. maintenance is very costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NABD System?

The client support was the most astonishing advantage. I had completed a Demo of the product, I realized that the program was extraordinary and more competent than our association required. I was worried about working with an organization so distant from home and I was wonderfully shocked at how much everybody with NABD needed to help and endeavored to ensure that the item met our accurate details. What do you dislike about NABD System?

It is elusive a con with this association. We didn't have a reasonable comprehension of client licenses and cost expanded to get everybody that required access a permit, however for what we will be escaping the product I think it is as yet worth the expense.
