**Describe the project or task MyWorkChoice helped with:**

Due to high turnover with a traditional temp service we tried MyWorkChoice for a few of the entry level positions.

**What do you like best about MyWorkChoice?**

It helped us to staff positions that had been high turnover.  They also helped with a seasonal peak in staffing.

**What do you dislike about MyWorkChoice?**

One of the shifts that needed to be filled was 11 PM to 5 AM.  Understandably, this was not as popular with the community and all spots were not always filled.

**Recommendations to others considering MyWorkChoice:**

Very good for on demand staffing.  We also used them for some longer term functions and found them to be reliable.

**What problems is MyWorkChoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The positions that we filled are somewhat tedious.  Normally they were done by people working 12 hour shifts.  The jobs were more acceptable to people working the 6 hour shifts.  Once the community was built we saw more consistent staffing from MyWorkChoice, there were significant attendance issues with the traditional temporary workers in these tasks.
