The only think I can think of is that working on a virtual enviroment we lose some human touch and never grew closer to eachother.

Virtustant has been able to funnel what seems like an unlimited quality applicants to us. We are hiring Software Devs and Marketing Specialist right now, and am very happy! They also give us great HR support for our agents with them.
