The company develops and maintains its entire technology stack in-house. Its platform operates on a single, unified codebase that supports fixed POS terminals, handheld devices, self-service kiosks, mobile ordering, online suite catering, frictionless POS, kitchen display systems, and a browser-based back office. All sales channels operate within the same system environment, allowing venue operators to manage configuration, reporting, pricing, inventory, and user access from one central platform.
MyVenue’s back office provides real-time performance dashboards and event-based reporting designed for high-volume, event-driven environments. The system supports hardware-agnostic deployment and integrates with a wide range of payment processors and third-party venue technologies.
Since launch, MyVenue has expanded globally, powering some of the highest profile venues and organizations in North America, the UK, and APAC region. The platform is deployed across hundreds of professional sports stadiums, arenas, convention centres, universities, and cultural venues.
