It's an useful tool to log tickets and keep track of the progress.

The status of the ticket is not updated automatically after end user responds to the query.

Logging issues, providing support and resolution in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about MyIT CRM?**

It's fully configurable solution. Taking all of our combined experience we have built a complete solution based on thoroughbred technology using  so that your business can easily adopt and gain results quickly.

**What do you dislike about MyIT CRM?**

MyIT CRM only supports English language that's the only lacking point. They should work on it as multilingual product is the requirement of today's market.

**What problems is MyIT CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For small businesses and Non profit organization is the best solution as they offered all features that the market leader CRM's are providing but due to budget constraint small businesses are unable to afford them.
