Easy to manage your cloud backup , hosting, you can find easily when you needed, you can scaleup your application

**What do you dislike about My Cloud?**

Need slight improvement in speed like 10GBPS

**What do you like best about My Cloud?**

My Cloud enables us to work with people all over the country and share files seemlessly. Giving access to different folders allows everyone to access what they need to and still have restrictions.

**What do you dislike about My Cloud?**

Downloading of files could be a little more streamlined when multiple files are to be downloaded. Having to multi-select files is a bit cumbersome. Folder downloads need some tweaking

**Recommendations to others considering My Cloud:**

Works great and reliable. I will continue to use it.

**What problems is My Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reviewing and collaboration of our files and proofing of documents is easily handled through all locations and clients. The speed of collaboration has increased and the productivity also increased.
