What I appreciate most is their consultancy mindset. They are not just passive order-takers or typical developers. Their architects and engineers proactively challenge bad assumptions and suggest better ways to structure data flows or handle errors in TIBCO and Boomi environments. Their nearshore model is also a huge plus – we get access to high-level senior expertise and great communication culture at a very reasonable cost compared to Western European rates. Because they focus on highly specialized, senior-level talent (Integration Architects, Data Engineers) rather than generic junior developers, scaling up the team rapidly can sometimes take a bit longer than with massive, generalist outsourcing agencies.
