I love how easy it is to send pitches and how great the Muck Rack team is. Lexi is wonderful! I value the article tool and reporter tool to build media lists the most because it helps us identify articles for clients and send pitches to reporters. The initial setup was very easy. lack of additional "exclude" filters on searches; inability to eliminate/filter out all syndications or nonoriginal versions of articles, inability to search for/bulk add individuals to a media list within that tab, bulk creating a media list quickly in general (ex: often i have a list of 10-20 people i know will be on the list that i frequently work with and would like to be able to add/check off quickly vs having to individually search them all or upload an import just to make it happen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Muck Rack makes it easier for me to pitch journalists by finding their contact info without having to do a manual search on Google. It's useful that journalists' contact information is typically up-to-date and that profiles for journalists pull in information from social media. Additionally, building relationships with journalists and creating media lists is very convenient.
