**What do you like best about MSI?**

I bought a laptop recently, and it is an excellent product. The computer works as advertised and is very powerful. It is quiet, and the keys feel good. It starts up quickly.

**What do you dislike about MSI?**

I am not happy with where the fingerprint reader is; there isn't any bevel to it, so I fumble around in the dark for it often. The touchpad is also sometimes activated when I am typing, which causes some mistypes and annoying glitches.

**Recommendations to others considering MSI:**

This laptop is what I expected to receive so that I could recommend this company.

**What problems is MSI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a good business laptop that I could also use when I wanted to casually game, which fit the bill. I like that it works in almost every situation that I come into because it can be used as a tablet too.
