**What do you like best about Infor Pathway?**

I used Pathway Property, Name and Address Register, Debtors and Rates in my former roles in local government. with creating the 10.7 certificates. Is there an easy fix to improve turnaround times by removing the requirement to edit?

**What do you dislike about Infor Pathway?**

In Pathway Property there is an issue:  I am interested in finding out how to fix the Microsoft Word templates generated in Pathway for 10.7 certificates. The Word documents created in Pathway behind the planning policies have to be updated when the policies change. The formatting of the word documents becomes messy. Eg extra spaces or lines are added, bold text where not required, and other general formatting issues. These have to be amended before sending the 10.7 planning certificate to the customer.

**What problems is Infor Pathway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I updated property transfers in Property, change name and postal address details in Name and Address Register, query rates, register customers for online services to view rates and apply for certificates and create and query Debtors.

Its way of processing the data and giving the output for the cost ,life cycle and product testing

**What do you dislike about Infor Pathway?**

It may do better in analysing the outsource data while integration

We solved the problem for defining the cost of product. It save lot of time and given effective outcome
