**What do you like best about PayIt?**

It was great to be able to offer these services to our customers and lesson the manpower to process the payments

Our office and the PayIt staff are always working to improve the customer's experience

I think the team we are working with is great, they are always open to ideas  and making suggestions to us so that we as a team are always improving the customers' experience

**What do you dislike about PayIt?**

PayIt employees work really hard to troubleshoot any issues

There is nothing I dislike about PayIt, the only issue I have is it sometimes takes a while for them to find the problem.

But when they find the problem they fix it and look for ways to prevent it from happening again

**What problems is PayIt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our latest big project was importing our files

We were able to save hours of processing and use our staff more efficiently

**Recommendations to others considering PayIt:**

Guilford County was the second tax department in North Carolina local government to implement the Payit platform.  We have realized an immediate positive impact on the revenue side and we find the team at Payit very willing to make enhancements to the product to meet our needs.

Interface between Payit and our Billing & Collection system to properly allocate certain types of bills
Immediate and significant increase in online & ivr revenue

**What do you like best about PayIt?**

How flexible they are with their platform, how easy it is to use their service, and their assembled team is phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about PayIt?**

Not much; I mean, we had partnered with Payit in 2016 when they had only handful of clients and some of the early growing pains were related to that but overall I'm really happy with their support and services.

**Recommendations to others considering PayIt:**

This platform is something we like and overall recommend to other agencies looking for a payment processor that's more than just a payment processor.

**What problems is PayIt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we wanted to solve was the ability to reach our customers in the mobile world, but that quickly expanded into regular web payments, ACH transactions, IVR, etc. We have increased Payit transactions by 98% year over year by adding more services, more payment types, and different avenues to pay (IVR, for example).  We are continuing to expand our offerings and added Earnings Tax to Payit platform.

**What do you like best about PayIt?**

The PayIt application is easy for our customers to use.  The company has been responsive to our needs and helped us find solutions to assist our customers more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about PayIt?**

We asked for some added features and believed that they were available, but due to programming challenges, they were not part of the roll out in phase one.  PayIt has been working on these features, and we are hopeful they will be available later in the year.

**What problems is PayIt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using PayIt, we were able to add to our online services.  Now customers may pay more case fees as well as non-case related fees online.  This has helped our customer services as well as our collection efforts.

**What do you like best about PayIt?**

Competent, responsive, and friendly team from implemenation to support.  User experience is great.  Chatbot is nice.  Reporting and admin tools are decent.

**What do you dislike about PayIt?**

Implementation and support of Point of Sale devices in the Collections office was bumpier than expected.  Sometimes there is confusion when we submit a help request on a customer's behalf.

**What problems is PayIt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PayIt provides an accessible and convenient way for our citizens / agents to pay property taxes.

**What do you like best about PayIt?**

PayIt has helped our office to bring more digital services to our residents. We wanted to enhance our online presence for a while, but the service we had before them wasn't cutting it. PayIt took our wishlist and made it a reality. They did it quickly, and they did it professionally. They are hands-on and keep you up to date every step of the process. Working with PayIt we quickly offered an omnichannel payment solution to our users, increasing collections and user satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about PayIt?**

It is hard to come up with a dislike for PayIt. We have a great relationship with them, and they continuously work with us to develop and expand our product.

**What problems is PayIt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PayIt has allowed us to bring a payment app, IVR, and an updated payment website to the City of St. Louis. Residents can pay their taxes, water, and refuse bills all in one place. This service has cut down on our manual processing of payments, reduced the number of calls we get about account status, saved us time and materials, and has helped increase collections. With PayIt bill notifications, our users receive bill data before they even get a paper bill in the mail. They are paying faster, and this allows us to disburse funds to city departments without delay. PayIt helps us to evolve with customer needs, especially when we were able to launch an online express payment page when our building closed from the pandemic.
