MsgEasy is comment reply tool for YouTube creators. Its AI generates personalized comment replies in youtubers' own style. YouTubers can also filter there comments on the basis of comment categories like question, suggestion, query, feedback etc. and comment timings like comments received in last 1 day, week ,month etc. or by actions on the comments like ignored, responded or not responded comments. YouTubers can link multiple youtube channels to one account on MsgEasy. MsgEasy is a one stop shop to YouTube engagement.

**What do you like best about MsgEasy?**

1.  saves my time as I don't need to type a message
2. able to interact with my viewers
3. can manage multiple channels using same app
4. I am aware who is the most interractive customer as it shows me how many comments that user has added to my channel

**What do you dislike about MsgEasy?**

I wish the same reply feature was expanded to other social media platforms as well. I hope the Fantaclaus team can extend the product to instagram as well

**What problems is MsgEasy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As my youtube channel is growing, I receive multiple comments on my videos and I was unable to find time to go through each comment and reply. This is where MsgEasy stepped in and now I am able to reply to my commenters with just a swipe and so its easy to use and the reply generated is satosfying to the commenter as I can see their engagement is increased over time isnce I started using msgEasy
