Talkee was really easy to set up. I was able to add chat and commenting to a website pretty quickly, without needing much technical work. I also appreciate that it’s free and flexible, which makes it a solid option for testing or for smaller projects. It still feels a bit limited compared to more established tools. The analytics and moderation features are fairly basic, and there aren’t many customization options. Talkie.ai has unique set of things to handling sales operations. Coming from a background of business development and sales, I believe Talkie.ai is a great sales productivity tool for automating the dull and monotonous processes of engaging prospects with minimal touches. Talkie.ai is amazing with its capabilities but has some room for improvements. These include:

1. There are times when I think AI needs to have a more in depth configuration and relate it to certain industries or sales tactics, which makes it difficult to tailor for our specific processes.

2. It's a little complicated during the first boot if some user is not very technical. An optimized onboarding process would be beneficial.

3. The AI is advanced, yet there are a few occasions where it gets the intents of the customers wrong, and someone has to step in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone who works with different platforms, Talkee has made it easier for me to organize content. I can also track the metrics easily using the dashboards. I have been using it for the past 1 year now. I got in touch with their customer service twice, and the response was satisfactory both times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
