Talkie.ai has unique set of things to handling sales operations. Coming from a background of business development and sales, I believe Talkie.ai is a great sales productivity tool for automating the dull and monotonous processes of engaging prospects with minimal touches. The chatbot is capable of completing sales tasks in real time and interfaces with clients in a friendly manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Talkie.ai is amazing with its capabilities but has some room for improvements. These include:

1. There are times when I think AI needs to have a more in depth configuration and relate it to certain industries or sales tactics, which makes it difficult to tailor for our specific processes.

2. It's a little complicated during the first boot if some user is not very technical. An optimized onboarding process would be beneficial.

3. The AI is advanced, yet there are a few occasions where it gets the intents of the customers wrong, and someone has to step in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone who works with different platforms, Talkee has made it easier for me to organize content. I can also track the metrics easily using the dashboards. I have been using it for the past 1 year now. I got in touch with their customer service twice, and the response was satisfactory both times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing which I will like to see improved is the user interface, as in some features should be more user friendly, and it would be great if the metrics can have detailed information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
