I was able to add chat and commenting to a website pretty quickly, without needing much technical work. I also appreciate that it’s free and flexible, which makes it a solid option for testing or for smaller projects. The Web3 features, like wallet login and rewards, are a nice bonus and make it feel more modern than a lot of typical chat tools. **What do you dislike about Talkee?** It still feels a bit limited compared to more established tools. The analytics and moderation features are fairly basic, and there aren’t many customization options. It also doesn’t have a large user base yet, so overall it can seem less proven than some other platforms. **What problems is Talkee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talkee makes it simple to add real-time interaction directly to a website without a complicated setup. Coming from a background of business development and sales, I believe Talkie.ai is a great sales productivity tool for automating the dull and monotonous processes of engaging prospects with minimal touches. The chatbot is capable of completing sales tasks in real time and interfaces with clients in a friendly manner. **What do you dislike about Talkee?** Talkie.ai is amazing with its capabilities but has some room for improvements. These include: 1. There are times when I think AI needs to have a more in depth configuration and relate it to certain industries or sales tactics, which makes it difficult to tailor for our specific processes. 2. It's a little complicated during the first boot if some user is not very technical. An optimized onboarding process would be beneficial. 3. The AI is advanced, yet there are a few occasions where it gets the intents of the customers wrong, and someone has to step in. **What problems is Talkee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talkie. Ai enabled a positive shift In our sales team By solving many challenges. Many of us faced problems dealing with the huge amounts on incoming leads in an optimized manner before we started using their platform. This ai now auto enables prospects, take lead qualifications and can even do follow up conversation to free my team for more important responsibilities. Besides that, one of the key advantages is its capability to respond instantly customer enquire which ensures no potential lead will lost especially at after business working hour. Furthermore we have a plan to use this product full time as we used it as a trail. ### 3. I can also track the metrics easily using the dashboards. I have been using it for the past 1 year now. I got in touch with their customer service twice, and the response was satisfactory both times. **What do you dislike about Talkee?** One thing which I will like to see improved is the user interface, as in some features should be more user friendly, and it would be great if the metrics can have detailed information **What problems is Talkee solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped me to manage my content easily apart from easily collaborating with the team.
