Chat was very easy to be used. The layout was also nice. Q&A and poll were easy to be used. Loved how we can give emoticons for each chat message too. Plus point for being able to use GIFs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The icon of the Q&A and Poll was slightly too small to be seen. Hence, Q&A and Poll could be easily missed by participants. Had to disable GIFs as they took some time to show up. We did not want to lag the entire chat box.

The navigation pages for admins were not easy to be navigated. We had to keep clicking about to get to the right page.

We did not like it that we had to sign up/sign in to use the Q&A function. We'd prefer it to just type in our name. It would also be great if it came with: Name, Organization/Company, Title, etc as options to put before asking a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am using the Content Wall feature offered by arena.im, which is one of several key services their platform provides to help drive traffic. What is surprising is that just with this one feature, it has helped drive increased traffic to our website with favorable comments from our members. Most customers will certainly make use of their Live Chat and Live Blogging features. Still, we had a particular need to serve up real-time traffic from 42 content contributors and our members love being able to visit a single page to see all the latest videos that are updated in REAL-TIME. In the future, we are considering adding Live Chat functionality as well, but we are still evaluating how best to implement it. I've compared arena.im with other chat widget sites out there and find the one offered by arena.im to be superior based on my test runs. In fact, I discovered arena.im for their chat feature, but ending up going with their Content Wall once I found out about it and it's been a wonderful addition. I'm very satisfied with their service. Their customer support has always been responsive, and any issues that have arisen were resolved in short order. My one suggestion for their content wall embed service is to limit their branding. There are two links visible on the left and right of the page footer area. I'd rather see just one branding mention listed or an option to white-label and hide it completely as part of a premium service. Also, having a search feature on the video content wall would also be a welcome option.

It's a great way to add an interactive element to your website when you're hosting an online event. There are plenty of settings and options, so you can mess with the design and the feel of your site. Even though Arena is free for personal websites and low-traffic blogs, embedding into a WordPress site requires a the Arena plugin. But for plugin installation, the WordPress business plan is required, so not ideal for personal blogs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Under the "hood" lie plenty of customization options to make the website feeds as detailed and unique as you require. When you do get stuck, support is quick the help out.
