I honestly almost teared up when it was announced that Simple Commenter is finally available for WordPress. It was one of those rare moments where you pause, smile, and think, “Yes—this is exactly what we needed.”

Their support is outstanding (direct responses from the founder), the installation process is overall really simple and my customers are delighted with this new feedback mechanism.
