## FastComments Reviews
 ### 1. Quick, Friendly Support and a Smooth SSO Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dinesh R. | Interior Architect, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about FastComments?**

The customer support is honestly my favorite part. They are quick, friendly, and always helpful whenever I reach out. If I had to choose the best part of the product itself, it would be the SSO integration. It's the biggest win for us. It lets our users comment without creating separate accounts, which keeps the experience smooth.

**What do you dislike about FastComments?**

The current React Native implementation still needs work. The iframe takes a few seconds to load, and the setup feels a bit messy, which makes user navigation feel less smooth than it should. There is definitely room for improvement here. That said, the foundation is solid, and it gives us what we need to be in the market while we wait for the experience to improve over time.

**What problems is FastComments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FastComments gives us an easy way to add real conversations inside our product without having to build a full commenting system ourselves. It handles authentication through SSO, moderation, and real‑time updates, which saves us a lot of development time. It also helps our users share feedback and collaborate directly in the app, which makes the overall experience more engaging and useful. Having this ready to go lets us stay focused on improving our core product instead of maintaining our own comment infrastructure.

 ### 2. Wonderful software that integrates easily and a helpful team that's excited about their work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** natia l. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about FastComments?**

Its so easy to integrate into an existing website structure, the devs are very helpful with getting setup, and the badge system is a very cool and unexpected bonus feature! I also really like that the interface is very easy to jump in and understand without overcomplicating finding the menu items that you need access to.

**What do you dislike about FastComments?**

One thing that could be better is adding additional options for integration, using the iframe seems to cause a 1-2 second delay, not bad, but still noticeable. I think the settings menu could also be improved and further clarification and demo provided for each setting menu item... maybe a video of its use case/feature in action..

**What problems is FastComments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starting and maintaining a gaming community relies on the ability to be able to comment, reply and communicate with one another. This helps with that and even better offers a gamification feature (badges) that's a perfect fit for my website.

 ### 3. Seamless Setup, Enhanced WordPress Commenting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny A. | Founder & Lead Tester, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about FastComments?**

I like the back end of FastComments because there's lots of information and lots of analytics. The billing is really clear. It makes it easier to get back to comments, and there's a lot less spam compared to when I used WordPress. The overall sentiment of people is great; it shows if people are happy or not. The initial setup was pretty easy and the team was supportive, helping with customization, import, and export, which was really useful.

**What do you dislike about FastComments?**

I think it'd be nice to have more information about how FastComments can be used in other systems, not just websites, but maybe apps. I'd like to have a community that goes beyond just websites.

**What problems is FastComments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use FastComments to reduce spam and easily manage comments compared to WordPress. It helps me track sentiment and engage with comments, and importing old comments was a breeze.

 ### 4. Great Comment Moderation Platform with SSO Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel Y. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about FastComments?**

Comment moderation and SSO integration were our most critical requirements.

**What do you dislike about FastComments?**

More expensive than disqus which needed replacing for us.

**What problems is FastComments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FastComments integration makes our site more interactive with very important moderation settings so we need not consider writing our own.

 ### 5. Seamless Integration, Great Moderation Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yair Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2026

**What do you like best about FastComments?**

I really like FastComments for its ease of integration and the great options it provides for moderation. It also allows non-registered users to add comments, which is a huge plus. The initial setup was very easy, which is always appreciated.

**What do you dislike about FastComments?**

Having the option of removing old comments automatically is missing

**What problems is FastComments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FastComments allows non-registered users to add comments with images easily and integrates smoothly with great moderation options.

 ### 6. Lightweight, Easy to Implement, and Backed by Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about FastComments?**

It's lightweight and very easy to implement. Its also very simple for our site visitors to leave comments. They don't have to create an account to do so. Also customer service has been extremely responsive.

**What do you dislike about FastComments?**

I haven't really run into much that I don't like about it. There haven't been any real dealbreakers. We've been using it for years.

**What problems is FastComments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an easy commenting tool encourages engagement on our websites.
